親善大使團 Goodwill Ambassador｜養樂多疊疊樂大賽 Yakult Tower Stacking Contest

親善大使團為增進同學互動交流與團隊合作精神，將於台北及桃園兩校區舉辦《養樂多疊疊樂大賽》。活動全程免費，參加者除可體驗趣味競賽，還可獲得畢業門檻十力中的「群體力」認證，累積三次即可達標。

台北校區場次訂於9/30（二）12:00至12:50在逸仙堂舉行，即日起至9/27（六）23:59開放報名。比賽以四人為一組，參賽者需在比賽前喊出「我愛銘傳，我愛養樂多」，再以兩人三腳的方式前進喝養樂多並疊成金字塔，完成接棒後全員坐下，最短時間完成全程的同學即獲勝。除了前三名獎項外，活動中特別設立「造型獎」，鼓勵同學展現創意，為比賽增添亮點。

桃園校區場次則將於10/15（三）12:00至12:50在體育館一館三樓籃球場登場，採四人一組參賽，第一組的同學以兩人三腳的方式前進到指定地點與第二組擊掌接棒，第二組的同學以交杯的方式喝完養樂多後，再將空瓶疊成金字塔形狀，完成後加入隊伍。接著以四人組成四人五腳回到起點後蹲下，並一同大喊「我愛銘傳我愛養樂多」即為過關，用時最短的隊伍即為勝利者。

活動不僅能讓同學在競賽過程中發揮默契、享受團隊合作樂趣，還能藉由趣味挑戰舒緩課業壓力，並在校園中留下美好回憶。無論是台北或桃園校區，名額皆有限，歡迎同學們攜手好友共襄盛舉！

To foster interaction among students and encourage teamwork, Goodwill Ambassador Team will host the Yakult Tower Stacking Contest at both Taipei and Taoyuan campuses. The event is completely free of charge. Participants not only get to enjoy a fun competition but will also earn credit for the “Teamwork Competency”, one of the ten required competencies for graduation. Accumulate three credits to meet the requirement.

📍 Taipei Campus

• Date/Time: September 30 (Tue) 12:00–12:50

• Venue: Sun Yat Sen Auditorium

• Registration: Open until September 27 (Sat) 23:59

• Rules: Teams of four will compete. Before the race, each participant must shout “I love MCU, I love Yakult!”. Then, in a three-legged race style, teammates advance, drink Yakult, and stack the empty bottles into a pyramid. Once the handoff is complete, all team members must sit down. The team that finishes in the shortest time wins. In addition to awards for the top three teams, there will be a “Best Style Award” to encourage creativity and add excitement to the contest.

📍 Taoyuan Campus

• Date/Time: October 15 (Wed) 12:00–12:50

• Venue: Basketball Court, 3F, Gymnasium I

• Rules: Teams of four will compete. The first pair advances in a three-legged race to tag the second pair. The second pair must drink Yakult “cross-arm style”, then stack the empty bottles into a pyramid before joining the team. Finally, all four members form a “four-person five-legged” team, race back to the starting point, squat down together, and shout “I love MCU, I love Yakult!” to finish. The team with the fastest time wins.

This event not only strengthens bonds and teamwork but also helps relieve academic stress through fun challenges, leaving participants with unforgettable campus memories. Spots are limited at both campuses, so grab your friends and join in!
