2024年第三屆臺南爵士嘉年華延續2023年的成功經驗，活動結合頂尖國際爵士音樂家、米其林私廚晚宴、戶外爵士演出及思味市集，旨在讓更多人接觸到爵士樂，體驗前所未有的聽覺、視覺、味覺盛宴。
Following the success of 2023, the 2024 3rd Tainan Jazz Festival will once again combine top international jazz musicians, a Michelin private chef dinner, outdoor jazz performances and a gourmet market. The event aims to introduce jazz to a wider audience, offering an unprecedented feast for the ears, eyes and taste buds.
活動簡介 Event Overview
臺南爵士嘉年華自2022年開始舉辦，由一群台南熱愛爵士樂的朋友們舉行，結合在地與國際的力量，邀請頂尖爵士樂音樂家來台南演出，結合台南朋友熟悉與喜歡的餐酒晚宴、美食市集活動，讓更多人接觸到爵士樂，找到與爵士樂的關聯。
Tainan Jazz Festival began in 2022, organized by a group of jazz-loving friends in Tainan. The event combines local and international talents, inviting top jazz musicians to perform in Tainan. Along with the jazz performances, it also includes dining and wine events, as well as a gourmet market, giving more people the chance to discover jazz and connect with it.

2024年第三屆臺南爵士嘉年華活動地點，延續2023第二屆，選定『吳園藝術中心』這個在臺南市市中心蛋黃區，準備帶給大家具歷史性的古蹟演出。
The 2024 3rd Tainan Jazz Festival will be held at the same venue as the 2023 event, the Wu Family Garden, located in the prime area of downtown Tainan. This historic site will provide a unique backdrop for the performances.

爵士演出＆餐酒晚宴 Jazz Performances & Wine Dinner
『10月23日（三）至10月25日（五）』
為期三日的演出與餐會（須購票進場），三位爵士音樂家與米其林私廚晚宴將帶給大家前所未有的聽覺、視覺、味覺體驗。

The three-day event will include performances and dinners (tickets required). Three jazz musicians and a Michelin private chef will deliver an unforgettable experience for the senses, including sound, sight and taste.
♩ 10／23 開幕演出 Opening Performance
法國Estelle Perrault，一位成長於日本與加拿大文化之間的台法混血女孩。她的聲音跨越時代，特別是1950年代的經典歌手。
Estelle Perrault (France) – A Franco-Taiwanese singer who grew up between Japan and Canada. Her voice transcends time, especially evoking the classic singers of the 1950s.
♩ 10／24 跨界演出 Cross-Genre Performance
出生成長在加州舊金山灣區的Tim Lin林偉庭， 是一顆新興崛起的爵士樂明星。 他漸進，熱血，溫醞的音色源於他將傳統爵士樂與當代爵士樂的融合。
Tim Lin (USA) – Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tim Lin is a rising star in jazz. His progressive and passionate sound blends traditional and contemporary jazz styles.
♩ 10／25 跨時演出 Cross-Era Performance
台灣TCH唐川大樂團，成立於2022年，由十一位成員組成，團員們擁有精湛的演出技巧並多次入圍國家級音樂獎項。
TCH (Taiwan) – Established in 2022, the TCH is composed of 11 members, all highly skilled musicians who have been nominated for national music awards multiple times.
♩ 餐酒晚宴 Wine Dinner
本屆晚宴與Cooking Monsters Private Dining & Catering合作，活動餐點內容皆由CMs私廚團隊操刀 – 來自澳洲雪梨米其林星Chef Derek致力於使用最新鮮當季食材，結合傳統法餐的精緻與現代創意，打造一場味蕾的饗宴。
晚宴將包含五道位上料理及三款主題調酒，為賓客提供全方位的美食與飲品享受。
This year’s dinner is in collaboration with Cooking Monsters Private Dining & Catering. The menu will be crafted by the CMs private chef team, led by Michelin-starred Chef Derek from Sydney, Australia. Chef Derek is dedicated to using the freshest seasonal ingredients, combining the elegance of traditional French cuisine with modern creativity to create a gastronomic feast.
The dinner will include a five-course meal and three themed cocktails, offering guests a full gourmet and beverage experience.

This year’s Jazz Festival dinner will uphold environmental sustainability. All tableware, plates, and glasses will be made of ceramic and glass to minimize waste and ensure that the event contributes to the sustainable development of the planet.
