登山肌動學 Mountain Hiking Kinetics

登山是一項挑戰與成就感兼具的活動,不僅能享受壯麗的山景,還能強化身心健康。然而,山路地形多變,瘋狂陡上再下到溪底,更別說還要背水重裝走,一天下來腳痠腰痠脖子痠,晚上睡覺翻來覆去。
此次邀請「樂橙物理治療所」的冠萱物理治療師教導你如何更有效率使用肌肉輕鬆登山,並教你如何在山上消除疲勞,隔天依舊健步如飛!
講座當天會有實際操作體驗,請穿著好活動的服裝唷~
Hiking is an activity that blends challenge with a strong sense of accomplishment. It allows participants to enjoy breathtaking mountain scenery while strengthening both body and mind. However, mountain terrain is unpredictable—you may face steep ascents, descend all the way to creek level, and carry heavy water and gear. By the end of the day, sore legs, a tired waist, and a stiff neck are almost guaranteed, often making it hard to sleep comfortably.
For this workshop, we’ve invited Physical Therapist Guan-Hsuan Wu from LeCheng PTC to teach you how to use your muscles more efficiently to hike with ease, as well as how to relieve fatigue on the mountain so you can stay energetic and move swiftly the next day.
There will be hands-on practice during the session, so please wear clothing suitable for movement.
