▰ 招募對象 Target Participants：年齡15~35歲為主，社會大眾及青少年學生也可參加。 Primarily for ages 15-35, but open to the general public and young students.

▰ 行前需知＆建議事項 Pre-Trip Notes & Recommendations：
1. 全程步行約5.5公里，路線不會折回起點，請評估個人體力參加。
2. 到達終點之前，沿途沒有商店及補水站，請自備個人水壺，建議帶1公升，適當補充水份以避免中暑。
3. 天氣多變，出門前請留意氣象，為安全考量，如遇天候不佳，主辦單位將取消或延期。
4. 請隨身攜帶雨具，並做好個人防曬保護工作。
5. 建議穿著：遮陽帽、通風防曬長袖衣或袖套、太陽眼鏡、涼感巾，視個人情況包好包滿。
6. 建議適合的鞋子有：涉水鞋、包頭防滑涼鞋+襪子、好走的雨鞋、不介意濕掉、壞掉的布鞋。
*鞋底有防滑功能最佳，耐污又不心疼壞掉的鞋子。
*請勿穿著有跟的鞋子，走沙灘會陷入。
*如穿著雨鞋，裡面要穿襪子喔！避免流汗磨腳。
7.平時戶外活動如有使用健走杖，可攜帶視需要使用。
8.回程可公車站搭乘返回淡水，或請攜帶悠遊卡或零錢，或就近晚餐後再返回。
9.行程會顧及整體伙伴步伐調整速度，結束時間請預留30分鐘彈性。

1. The entire route is about 5.5 kilometers on foot and will not return to the starting point. Please assess your physical condition before participating.
2. There are no shops or water stations along the way until reaching the endpoint. Please bring your own water bottle, at least 1 liter, to stay hydrated and avoid heatstroke.
3. The weather can be unpredictable; check the forecast before heading out. For safety, the event will be canceled or postponed in case of bad weather.
4. Bring rain gear and protect yourself from the sun.
5. Suggested attire: sun hat, ventilated long-sleeve shirt or arm sleeves, sunglasses, cooling towel, and appropriate coverage.
6. Recommended footwear: water shoes, closed-toe non-slip sandals with socks, durable rain boots, or comfortable shoes that can get wet and dirty.
   • Shoes with anti-slip soles are best, and shoes that can handle dirt without worry.
   • Avoid shoes with heels as they can sink into the sand.
   • If wearing rain boots, wear socks inside to prevent blisters.
7. If you usually use walking poles for outdoor activities, bring them if needed.
8. For the return trip, you can take a bus back to Tamsui, so bring an EasyCard or change, or have dinner nearby before heading back.
9. The itinerary will be adjusted based on the group’s pace. Allow for a 30-minute flexibility at the end.
