從世界排名第一的皇家藝術學院畢業的服務設計實踐家，擁有多元的服務設計經驗，涵蓋金融服務、實體產品和數位轉型等經歷。
泱霖擅長洞察市場需求，並將創意想法轉化為可執行的解決方案，曾與國際公司合作專案、擔任服務設計講師也曾創業將服務設計的產出實現商品化。
A service design practitioner and graduate of the world’s #1 design school, the RCA, Yang-Lin has extensive experience spanning financial services, physical products and digital transformation.
He excels at identifying market needs and transforming creative ideas into executable solutions. His career includes collaborations with international companies, teaching service design, and even starting a business to turn service design outcomes into tangible products.
主持人 Host：郭子 Hsinyu Kuo
IG郭子慢慢的創辦人，目前於Government of Nova Scotia（加拿大州政府）擔任資深服務設計師，領導設計省級醫療系統的技術支援服務。
過去在溫哥華顧問公司擔任UX與服務設計師，累積了多元的設計與研究經驗，客戶橫跨大型科技業，高級運動品牌，新創與公共領域，也曾在台灣社會創新實驗中心、Ontario Digital Service、溫哥華市政府擔任服務設計與互動設計師。
Founder of IG platform “郭子慢慢”, currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Government of Nova Scotia (Canada), where she leads the design of technical support services for the provincial healthcare system.
Previously a UX and service designer at a consultancy in Vancouver, her clients ranged from large tech firms to luxury sports brands, startups and the public sector. She also held roles at the Taiwan Social Innovation Lab, Ontario Digital Service, and Vancouver City Government, specializing in service and interaction design.
