而和菓子依照季節變化,搭配不同時節的茶款,正是日本茶道最令人難忘的生活體驗。推薦茶款如下:

Wagashi changes with the seasons and is paired with teas corresponding to the time of year—an unforgettable aspect of the Japanese tea ceremony. Featured tea selections include:

Participants will independently complete tea-brewing practice sessions and enjoy wagashi paired with tea for a perfect afternoon tea experience.
和菓子的重要 The Importance of Wagashi
和菓子是一種日本式的餜子,也就是種像是糖果的糕點,外型既漂亮又小巧精緻。
西洋來的叫蛋糕、甜點稱作『洋菓子』;也為了區別不同,日本的傳統甜點舊稱「菓子」就有了『和菓子』的稱呼。和菓子一詞至今使用,主要的原料包括糖、米、糯米、小麥粉等,並依照不同的口味,因地制宜添加不同的特殊食材。
▶本課程將介紹約3種茶葉風味,樹種日式器具,並由茶師示範如何正確萃取茶湯風味。
▶活動中會學到多種製作和菓子的手法、組合案例。
▶逐步分解應用技巧,跟成品造型實作。
Wagashi refers to traditional Japanese sweets, renowned for their delicate, artistic appearance and small, intricate designs. Unlike Western cakes and pastries, referred to as “yogashi”, wagashi is deeply rooted in Japan’s cultural history, with primary ingredients such as sugar, rice, glutinous rice, and wheat flour. Region-specific special ingredients are also added to diversify the flavor profile.
▶ The course will introduce three types of tea flavors, traditional Japanese utensils, and demonstrations by a tea master to extract the essence of tea.
▶ Participants will learn various wagashi-making techniques and presentation methods.
▶ Techniques will be broken down into steps with practical demonstrations for hands-on practice.

整間店使用大量木質、竹子的材質妝點,座位分為室外跟室內區,可以容納至少30人,店內也有榻榻米區域可以品茶。沙發區比起星巴克旗艦店還舒適溫馨,店內陳列裝飾品更是令人驚奇,以日式茶道具、東洋裝潢家具為主,茶碗、壺、釜,抹茶道具都有備,點茶每桌也有一壺熱水可以回沖。室外庭園都有竹子做造景,後院有廁所也像迷宮搭配日式洋器具裝飾品,算是小驚喜可以自己去看看。
The interior is decorated with wood and bamboo elements, divided into outdoor and indoor seating, accommodating up to 30 guests. There’s also a tatami area for an authentic tea experience.
The sofa area is warm and cozy, surpassing even flagship cafés, while the displays feature Japanese tea utensils, ceramic bowls, kettles, and matcha tools. Each table is provided with hot water for tea refills.
The outdoor garden boasts bamboo landscaping, while the restroom in the back courtyard feels like a small labyrinth adorned with Japanese-inspired decorations—a delightful surprise to explore.
