當新的一年來臨，
許多人不免俗地會為自己的生活除舊布新，
包括寫下展望一年的新想法、新目標、新祈願。
然而，在頭腦運作模式的背後，
我們是否也能透過另一種更自由的方式來看見「潛意識的真實心念」呢？
這堂「新年祈願香氣自由書寫工作坊」將以香氣引領探索自我潛意識，
透過有脈絡的書寫引導，
帶領你深度發掘自我，擁抱豐沛生命能量，
重新發現自我的內在潛能。
As the new year approaches, many people take the opportunity to refresh their lives by setting goals and aspirations. Beyond conscious goal-setting, can we explore the “true desires of our subconscious” in a freer and more intuitive way?
This “New Year’s Aroma Freedom Writing Workshop” uses the power of aromas to guide participants in self-discovery. Through structured writing prompts and deep reflection, you’ll tap into your subconscious, uncover inner potential and embrace abundant life energy.

自由書寫、心靈書寫⋯⋯這種靠近潛意識的書寫方式有很多種稱呼，
但其目的都是讓我們能夠脫離意識的篩選與掌控，
無論寫得好不好、文字漂不漂亮，用詞精不精準都無所謂，
最重要的是我們是否能騰出一些自由的空間，
允許自己繞過意識層面的檢查崗哨，
讓長久被日常瑣事和過多框架掩埋的內在聲音得以浮現，
藉此引領自我成長、展望更遼闊的生命道路。
這在這堂香氣書寫的工作坊當中，
肯園芳療師將會帶領學員透過自由書寫的工作方法，
結合香氣的催化，進行多段自由書寫，
潛入潛意識的深海中探索身心真實的渴望，
不執著於慣常為自身訂定的年度KPI，
而是藉此讓長久被日常瑣事和過多框架掩埋的內在聲音，
得以在書寫的過程中越來越清晰。

🌿有脈絡的香氣引導書寫🌿
工作坊的一開始，將會由芳療師引導聞香靜心，透過不同香氣的引領，同時搭配與自我交談和提問的句子，藉此重新梳理並探索自我的過去、現在、未來。
🌿靈感爬梳與整理🌿
藉由回顧上述幾段書寫，挑出數個關鍵字句，組成屬於自己的新年祈願詩，同時啟動新年的魔術數字3。
🌿分享與回饋🌿
在舒適的範圍內分享梳理出來的文字和祈願詩，藉此顯化自己最真實的想望。
🌿沒有參加門檻，所有人都適合🌿
參加本工作坊，不需要具備任何基礎，只需要打開自己的感官和意識，讓精油芬芳引領內在真實浮現。

Aromatic Guided Writing
The session begins with an aromatherapist-led scent meditation. Using various aromas as guides, paired with reflective self-dialogue prompts, participants will explore their past, present and future.

Review your writings, extract key phrases and craft your personalized New Year’s Intention Poem while unlocking the magical energy of the number three.
Sharing and Feedback
Share your intentions and poetic expressions within a supportive group setting, giving life to your authentic dreams.
No Experience Needed
This workshop welcomes everyone—no prior experience required. Simply open your senses and let the aromas guide your inner voice to the surface.
