• Ph.D. in Psychology, specializing in employee development, team motivation and career planning.

• Extensive experience in both corporate and academic fields, dedicated to helping individuals uncover their talents and design their ideal career paths.

104資訊科技｜資深用戶研究員｜勇偉 ：在生涯迷惘時，因關心自閉症議題誤打誤撞跨入心理學領域，而開啟了往後的用戶研究職涯。現任104資深用戶研究員，熱衷於爲現存需求尋找不同的回應方式，近期研究主軸為探究人們職涯歷程中的需求與痛點，與團隊一起定義新世代的職涯服務。
