而「Social AED」則是實踐康林生活方法論和設計工具在永續行動的社群，我們相信任何人的專業與經驗，都有機會實踐解決社會問題的「社會設計」！透過經營跨領域的社群，打造舒適對話的交流場域，更提供資源串連、技能培訓、專案輔導等服務，手把手陪伴大家點燃下班下課後的「社會設計」火種🔥
Kang Lin is a team of professional corporate instructors and consultants specializing in co-creation facilitation. They help teams identify user and stakeholder insights, inventory resources, launch actionable plans and take the first step in real-world application. Rooted in a people-centered philosophy, they cultivate collaborative environments, form team consensus, and most importantly, foster value-driven thinking and skills.
Social AED is a community applying Kang Lin’s methods and design tools to sustainable action. We believe everyone’s expertise and experiences have the potential to solve social problems through social design. By nurturing interdisciplinary connections and comfortable spaces for dialogue, we also provide resource integration, skills training and project mentoring—igniting your passion for social innovation after work or school.
