「山寧季」主題企劃推出系列體驗活動，首堂活動—《 寧氣  茶飲調製 午茶品味 ​​​​​》
由0km山物所、ALEGIS 精品東方香草茶品牌、與小小樹食米其林綠星蔬食餐廳 三方品牌共同策劃。

以一杯茶、一方點心、一刻慢時光，為自己找回心緒的平衡
透過嗅覺、味覺與手作的靜心過程，調製一份屬於自己的療癒茶飲，搭配米其林等級甜品
在繁忙的城市中心，緩緩沉澱、補氣寧神。

The “Mountain Serenity Season” thematic series launches with its first experience:
“Herbal Tea Blending & Afternoon Tea Tasting”
Co-curated by 0km, ALEGIS HEALING TEA, and Little Tree Food, a Michelin Green Star plant-based restaurant.

Through a mindful process of scent, taste, and handcrafting, create your own healing tea blend paired with Michelin-quality desserts.

【 課 程 三 大 亮 點 Three Highlights of Workshop 】

① 花草療癒×草本茶調製
由專業講師引導，認識草本與香氣的組合哲學。以杭菊、玫瑰、枸杞、果乾與療癒種籽為基底，親手調製四款個人茶包。可當日帶回，延續療癒體驗。

① Herbal Healing × Tea Blending
Guided by a professional instructor, learn the art of herbal combinations and aromas. Using chrysanthemum, rose, goji berries, dried fruits, and healing seeds as the base, you’ll create four personalized tea blends to take home and continue your wellness ritual.

② 品茶入門×日暖神氣茶體驗
用 ALEGIS 經典茶款「日暖神氣茶」，展開一場五感探索。由講師引導，從呼吸、氣味、口感進行感官探索，打開五感，品味茶的色、香、味、口感與餘韻。

② Tea Appreciation × Sunlit Vitality Tea Experience
Savor ALEGIS’ signature “Sunlit Vitality Tea” through a guided sensory journey. Experience tea through breath, aroma, flavor, and texture, awakening your senses to appreciate its color, fragrance, taste, and lingering finish.

③ 舒心甜點×米其林茶餐
由小小樹食提供的米其林級甜點，搭配日暖神氣茶獨特風味，打造片刻寧靜，喚醒味覺中的平衡與溫柔。

⟢ 報到時間為課程開始前10分鐘，請準時入席，遲到逾30分鐘將無法入場，亦無法辦理退費，敬請理解。
