你曾經聽過寵物瑜珈的活動，卻一直找不到機會體驗？又或是無法飼養寵物，卻非常喜歡和毛孩互動嗎？歡迎大家加入TerryMon預約怪獸在2025/02/23（日）舉辦的寵物瑜珈活動！這將是一場能夠讓你和毛孩一起放鬆、一起玩的瑜珈體驗課程。當天我們也邀請到獸醫師，進行寵物按摩的教學分享。不論你是瑜伽新手還是老手，都能輕鬆參加！當天有參與活動的同學們，都能夠獲得TerryMon預約怪獸準備的毛孩保健好禮（價值超過NT$2,000）！
課程當天，我們會先帶領大家一起跟著台北市木谷瑜珈教室的專業老師，從基礎的瑜伽伸展開始，透過輕瑜珈舒展身心，教室中也會邀請毛孩，能夠自由得走動，與我們同樂。課後，我們也邀請到TerryMon預約怪獸的專業獸醫師，和大家分享寵物按摩的技巧，並同時享用下午茶和點心。

師資介紹 Instructor Introduction
雅雅老師是木谷的創辦人，總是笑瞇瞇親切招呼著大家，帶著自己特有溫柔和幽默感（？）累積了一群可愛的學生。雅喜歡瑜伽，因為瑜伽靜心，雖然上課常常開玩笑，但也常常在課程結束時穿插一些實用的小提醒，對雅來說，我們都是瑜伽的練習者、實踐者，我們一起練習、互相提醒，瑜伽不只是墊子上的事，也是日常。
Instructor Yaya is the founder of mood good and is known for her gentle and humorous teaching style. She warmly welcomes students of all ages and backgrounds, from elementary school students to seniors over 60. Her classes combine stretching, core exercises, and mindfulness, making them perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. To Yaya, yoga is not just about the practice on the mat—it’s a way of life.

Q1：沒有參加過瑜珈課程，或是沒有基礎也可以參加嗎？
A：當然可以！這堂課程將會由木谷瑜珈教室的雅雅老師，她的學生從小學六年級到60+都有，有伸展、有核心，是綜合的課程，任何人都可以加入練習，非常推薦入門者或是第一次體驗寵物瑜珈的朋友們加入。
Q2：什麼是寵物瑜珈？我會需要和寵物互動嗎？
A：寵物瑜珈是歐美很常見的療癒系活動，除了透過撫摸毛孩或是聲音的引導，邀請毛孩與我們進行互動。活動當天，我們會邀請穩定且親人的貓咪參與我們的活動，課程中，毛孩會自由的走動，也許在你進行瑜珈的同時，牠們有機會親近你和你撒嬌喔～
Q3：當天會開放參與者攜帶毛孩嗎？
A：為避免毛孩的個性、外出習慣不同，很抱歉，課程當天恕不開放攜帶自己的毛孩入場呦！
Q4：當天需要準備什麼服裝或裝備嗎？
A：以輕便好伸展的運動服，或是瑜珈服裝即可喔！也不需要額外準備瑜珈墊，我們都會在當天幫各位準備好呦！
Q1: I’ve never done yoga before. Can I still join?
Absolutely! This class is designed for all skill levels and is especially beginner-friendly. Yaya’s students range from young children to seniors, and the class will include a mix of stretching and core exercises that anyone can follow.
Q2: What is pet yoga? Will I interact with pets?
Pet yoga is a therapeutic activity popular in Western countries. Through gentle touch and guided interaction, you’ll connect with friendly pets as they freely roam the studio. We have invited calm and affectionate cats to join us. They may even snuggle up to you while you practice!
Q3: Can I bring my own pet?
Unfortunately, personal pets are not allowed at this event. To ensure a safe and stress-free environment, only pre-selected friendly animals will be present.
Q4: What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable, stretchable sportswear or yoga attire. No need to bring a yoga mat—we’ll provide everything you need!
