學生會 Student Association｜露天電影院 Open-Air Cinema《美國女孩 American Girl》

台北校區學生會將於 11/26（三）18:00-21:00在鬥牛場打造期間限定的「星空劇院」，邀請同學在夜色與微風中走進電影《美國女孩》，感受一場別具溫度的露天觀影體驗。若遇雨天，活動將移至 H606 教室舉辦，期望提供同學一處能自在放鬆、重整步伐的舒適場域。

本次播映的電影《美國女孩 American Girl》以2000年代台灣為時代背景，聚焦於從美國返台的少女方怡萱與母親之間的相處與磨合。片中呈現升學壓力、身份認同到家庭關係等議題，以細膩視角描繪青春的不安與真摯情感。電影帶出的情緒與生命節奏，期望陪伴同學重新看見那些曾經模糊卻真實的自己，在光影流動間找到共鳴。

在星空下看一部關於成長的電影，也許是重新整理步伐的方式。學生會邀請同學與好友一同參加，在片刻寧靜與故事力量中，在日常之外找到喘息與悸動。活動現正開放報名，表單中也設有「小零食許願區」，讓同學能提出心中最想在電影夜享用的點心或飲品，增添參與樂趣。

Taipei Campus Student Association will host a special “Starry Sky Cinema” on 11/26 (Wed), 18:00–21:00, at Bullfighting Plaza. Students are invited to step into the world of American Girl under the night sky and gentle breeze, enjoying a warm and memorable outdoor movie experience. In case of rain, the event will be moved to H606 to ensure a cozy space where everyone can relax and unwind.

This screening features American Girl, a film set in 2000s Taiwan that follows Fang Yuxuan, a teenage girl who returns to Taiwan from the United States, and her evolving relationship with her mother. Through themes such as academic pressure, identity, and family dynamics, the film delicately portrays the anxieties of adolescence and the sincerity of growing up. Its emotional layers and gentle pacing invite viewers to rediscover versions of themselves once blurred yet deeply real, finding resonance amid shifting light and shadow.

Watching a coming-of-age film beneath the open sky may be just the pause you need to find your rhythm again. The Student Association welcomes all students to join with friends, embracing a moment of quiet and the power of storytelling—an opportunity to breathe, to feel, and to be moved beyond the everyday. Registration is now open, and the form includes a “snack wish list” where participants can suggest their favorite treats or drinks for movie night.
