【茶羊羹教室 Tea Yokan Workshop】
在課堂中，我們將使用有機茶粉製作柔滑的茶羊羹，體驗茶的豐富香氣與微甜滋味。本課程由資深的在地甜點師傅領銜，將教您從材料混合到模型注入的全過程，直至期待冷卻後，看見一顆顆飽滿的愛心型茶羊羹誕生。無論是大人或小孩，都能在製作的過程中發現茶的樂趣與生活的美好。
In this class, we will use organic tea powder to create smooth tea yokan, experiencing the rich aroma and subtle sweetness of tea. Led by an experienced local dessert master, you’ll learn the entire process, from mixing ingredients to pouring into molds, and finally, waiting for the yokan to cool and solidify into heart-shaped pieces. Both adults and children will discover the joy of tea and the beauty of life through this hands-on experience.

【茶香Pizza教室 Tea-Infused Pizza Workshop】
披薩也能融入茶香，我們特邀在地老師授課，將獨特的茶香精妙地融入披薩製作，無論甜鹹口味，皆能讓您的味覺層次更加豐富。從製作茶餅皮到高溫窯烤，您將親手打造出專屬的茶香披薩。當披薩出爐時，北勢溪畔將彌漫著誘人的香氣，與大家共同品嚐美味，體驗茶香與披薩、茶與生活的完美結合。
Tea can also be infused into pizza! We have invited a local instructor to teach how to incorporate the subtle essence of tea into pizza making. Whether you prefer sweet or savory, the flavors will elevate your taste experience. From crafting tea-infused pizza dough to baking in a high-temperature oven, you will create your own tea-flavored pizza. As the pizza bakes, the air along the Beishi River will fill with its enticing aroma, creating a perfect blend of tea, pizza, and life.

【蜂蜜茶酒教室 Honey Tea Liquor Workshop】
