報名購票與入場 Registration and Admission

Step 1：於ACCUPASS官方專頁購票，成功後取得ACCUPASS QRcode。（取票方式點此） Purchase tickets on ACCUPASS official website and obtain the ACCUPASS QR code upon successful purchase. (Click here for ticket redemption instructions)

Step 2：當天持ACCUPASS QRcode入場。 Present the ACCUPASS QR code for admission on the day of the event.

注意事項 Important Notes

【購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意下列所有活動注意事項】

1. 報名時請詳實填寫資料，如因資料不實進而影響個人權益，與主辦單位無涉。
2. 發票開立：活動結束後三週內寄送電子發票至報名表內登錄指定資訊。
3. 依據松菸誠品表演廳會場規範，場內全面禁止飲食，共同愛護。
4. 現場席次有限，座位安排由主辦單位依序設計進行，並配合現場工作人員安排進場，有序愉快。
5. 購票後訂票前請詳加確認購買票種，購票後恕無法接受換票。
6. 若遇退票需求，請於活動票券有效開始日前8日於ACCUPASS申辦提出申請，逾期恕無法辦理。退票將酌收 10% 手續費用。了解退票申請方式請參考『退款說明』。
7. ACCUPASS為本活動指定購票管道，請注意私下換票或其他網站購票的情況，可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛，若發生現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位概不負責。
8. 活動現場無提供寄物服務，個人物品請自行保管。嚴禁攜帶危險物品或具攻擊性武器進場 ，如 : 刀子、剪刀、煙火、球棒等。如查獲違禁品均以沒收處理，並向警方檢舉。
9. 主辦單位有權將此項活動之錄影、相片及成果於世界各地播放、展出、登錄於本活動網站與大會刊物上暨參加者，必須同意肖像與成績，用於相關活動之宣傳與播放活動上。
10. 購買本活動票券，即視為同意活動期間所拍攝之參加者肖像，做為主辦單位後續花絮報導，活動行銷或社群露出宣傳使用。 有關肖像使用權參閱下列事項： ① 主辦單位謹遵守肖像為官方社群媒體、網路報導與影音花絮之使用，非其他商業用途。 ② 參加者同意拍攝肖像歸主辦單位所有，並可依上述需要，製作剪輯或說明。 ③ 已事前徵求參加者同意，事後不再另行通知。 ④ 活動規定依現場及官方網站、FB活動專頁公告為主，上述事項若有未盡事宜，主辦單位保留活動變更、修改、終止、取消及解釋之權利。
11. 主辦單位保留所有活動異動權與解釋權。

[Please read the following notes carefully before purchasing tickets, as purchasing tickets implies agreement to all the following terms and conditions.]

1. Please provide accurate information during registration. The organizer bears no responsibility for any issues arising from inaccurate information.
2. Invoice issuance: Electronic invoices will be sent to the designated email address provided in the registration form within three weeks after the event.
3. In accordance with the regulations of the Eslite Performance Hall, food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Your cooperation is appreciated.
4. Seating at the venue is limited and will be arranged by the organizer in sequential order. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff for orderly admission.
5. After purchasing tickets, please confirm the ticket type carefully as tickets are non-exchangeable.
6. For ticket refund requests, please submit the application via ACCUPASS at least 8 days before the start date of the event. A 10% handling fee will be charged for refunds. Please refer to the “Refund Instructions” for details on how to apply for a refund.
7. ACCUPASS is the designated ticketing channel for this event. Please beware of purchasing tickets through unofficial channels or websites, as this may lead to fraud or transaction disputes. The organizer will not be responsible for any issues related to entry or other problems arising from such transactions.
8. There is no storage service available at the event venue. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Dangerous items or weapons such as knives, scissors, fireworks, or baseball bats are strictly prohibited. Any prohibited items found will be confiscated and reported to the police.
9. The organizer reserves the right to broadcast, exhibit, and register the recordings, photos, and achievements of this event worldwide, as well as use them on the event website and in conference publications. Participants must agree to the use of their images and achievements for related promotional and broadcasting activities.
10. By purchasing tickets for this event, participants agree that their portraits captured during the event may be used by the organizer for follow-up reports, event marketing, or community exposure. For information on portrait usage rights, please refer to the following: (1) The organizer strictly adheres to the use of portraits for official social media, online reports, and video clips, not for commercial purposes. (2) Participants agree that the captured portraits belong to the organizer, who may produce edits or explanations as required. (3) Participants have given prior consent, and no further notification will be provided afterwards. (4) Event regulations are subject to announcements made at the venue and on the official website and Facebook event page. The organizer reserves the right to change, modify, terminate, cancel, or interpret the event as necessary.
11. The organizer reserves all rights to modify the event and its interpretation.
