圖書館 Library｜「職場變變變 Transforming Career Path：畢業生行動計劃 Graduation Action Plan」主題書展 Book Exhibition

隨著畢業季來臨，圖書館特別策劃「職場變變變：畢業生行動計劃」主題書展，邀請即將邁出校園步入職場的畢業生們，透過閱讀與互動活動深入探索職涯發展方向，掌握迎戰未來的行動力。活動自5/12至5/23同步於台北、桃園兩校區圖書館及金門圖書室展開，透過精選書單與社群互動設計，協助畢業生擬定個人化的成長計畫。
本次書展特別規劃「職涯雲朵」借書活動，讀者可於活動網頁點選任一「職涯雲朵」，借閱其中推薦的三本實體書籍，即可獲得限量贈品「迷你大聲公」，作為向世界發聲的象徵。此外，圖書館更推出社群平台加碼活動，鼓勵讀者追蹤官方IG或FB帳號，於指定貼文下留言標記朋友，並分享職場座右銘或給畢業生的一句鼓勵話語，搭配「#行動計劃」標籤，即有機會抽中全家百元禮券，為畢業生職涯之路再添動力。

As graduation season approaches, the library has specially curated a themed book exhibition titled “Transforming Career Path: Graduation Action Plan”. Aimed at soon-to-be graduates preparing to transition from campus to the workplace, the event invites participants to explore career development paths through reading and interactive activities, empowering them to take proactive steps toward their future.
The event will run from May 12 to May 23, simultaneously at Taipei and Taoyuan Campus libraries, as well as the Kinmen reading room. Through a carefully selected book list and engaging social media activities, the exhibition helps graduates draft personalized growth plans.
A featured activity, the “Career Cloud”, invites readers to visit the event webpage and choose a “Career Cloud”. By borrowing the three recommended physical books under that cloud, participants will receive an exclusive mini megaphone gift—a symbol of speaking out to the world.
In addition, the library is launching a social media bonus campaign. Readers are encouraged to follow the official Instagram or Facebook accounts, comment on a designated post by tagging friends, and share a workplace motto or a message of encouragement for graduates using the hashtag #ActionPlan. Participants will have a chance to win a NT$100 FamilyMart gift card, adding motivation to their career journey.
