Ugly Duckling Coffee House & Barista Training Center presents an unique opportunity to learn from Silence, the head barista and instructor. Silence will share his extensive knowledge and brewing techniques developed over the years.

The course features systematic teaching and a comprehensive brewing framework, enabling participants to brew great coffee without being limited by equipment. This session will offer both intermediate and advanced courses, covering conceptual restructuring and exclusive brewing techniques.

Preserving the aroma of coffee is challenging. However, increasing its cleanliness can maintain the aroma for longer. This course will introduce Silence’s unique “Micro-Infusion” technique for the first time, addressing the issue of preserving coffee aroma. With this method, coffee can be stored at room temperature in bottles, retaining a freshly brewed taste.
