Organized by Taiwan Screenwriters Association, this program is designed specifically for screenwriters, offering a systematic training plan that takes you from foundational theory to hands-on projects—comprehensively enhancing your screenwriting skills and industry competitiveness.

【學院特色 Program Features】

• 秉持「以人為本」的慢養成理念，重視創作者內在生命經驗與敘事技藝的深度培養。
• 「核心養成班」以系統化、階段化課程設計，理論與實務並重，涵蓋角色設定、劇情結構、平台受眾心理、法律課程涵蓋創作權益到改編風險等多元面向。
• 「專業創作班」以小班制精練教學，掌握學習狀況，並進一步傳授合約談判與協商要領，確保學員具備產業即戰力。
• 「專案實作」專業創作班學員完成規定課程時數，經通過審查及媒合後可獲得實作教練的實務指導與實務參與補助金。

• Human-centered, progressive development — We value the deep cultivation of creators’ life experiences and narrative craft.

• Core Development Class — Structured in systematic, progressive stages, balancing theory and practice, covering topics such as character creation, plot structure, audience psychology for different platforms, as well as legal knowledge from copyright protection to adaptation risks.

• Professional Creation Class — Small group intensive instruction, closely monitoring learning progress, with additional training in contract negotiation to ensure participants are fully industry-ready.

• Project Practicum — Graduates of the Professional Creation Class who fulfill the required course hours and pass review and matching will receive practical coaching, hands-on project participation, and a project participation subsidy.

【培訓對象 Target Participants】

• 影視相關科系具有經驗之大專院校畢業生、影視工作者、新生代編劇（小說、散文、圖文創作者等）。
• 核心養成班學員以具備基本編劇知識、相關科系、產業從事人員、圖文創作者為原則；專業創作班學員為曾獲入圍或得獎經驗、有影視（長片或影集）編劇署名作品為原則。（最終結果將以主辦單位與審查委員之決定為主）

• University graduates from film/TV-related majors with experience, film/TV workers, emerging screenwriters (including novelists, essayists and graphic storytellers).

• Core Development Class: Candidates with basic screenwriting knowledge, related academic background, industry experience or graphic storytelling experience.

• Professional Creation Class: Candidates who have been nominated for or received awards, or have credited screenwriting work for films or series. (Final selection will be determined by the organizer and review committee)

• 保證金NT$3,000（缺席兩堂〈含〉以內，並完成期末作業後，將退還全額保證金；遲到〈一小時內〉累計兩次即記為缺席一堂）

核心養成班 Core Development Class：30名，學費NT$10,000／期，需繳交以下報名資料：

1. 個人簡歷
2. 報名動機（簡述200字內）
3. 參與影視製作經驗（劇名或片名／職稱），無則免填
4. 出版圖文作品ISBN，無則免填
5. 附件：5頁以內作品摘錄（含圖文出版內容、個人編劇相關文字等）

• Capacity: 30 students

• Tuition: NT$10,000 per term

• Required documents:

  1. Personal résumé

  2. Statement of purpose (max. 200 words)

  3. Film/TV production experience (title/project name & position; optional)

  4. ISBN of published graphic works (optional)

  5. Attachment: Up to 5 pages of work excerpts (graphic publications, related screenwriting materials, etc.)

專業創作班 Professional Creation Class：每班8人，3個小班共24名，學費NT$12,000／期，需繳交以下報名資料：

1. 個人簡歷
2. 報名動機（簡述200字內）
3. 近期署名編劇作品（以下二擇一：1.劇名或片名／製作單位；2.劇名或片名／劇本競賽名稱）
4. 附件：5頁以內劇本作品摘錄
5. 曾合作過之主創推薦（附對方姓名電話），本欄自由填寫、附上尤佳。
6. 近期最深刻的戲劇橋段及原因（電影、劇集，正負面印象皆可）（300字）

• Capacity: 8 students per group, 3 groups total (24 students)

• Tuition: NT$12,000 per term

• Required documents:

  1. Personal résumé

  2. Statement of purpose (max. 200 words)

  3. Recent credited screenwriting work (choose one: a) title & production unit; or b) title & screenplay competition name)

  4. Attachment: Up to 5 pages of screenplay excerpts

  5. Recommendation from a past collaborator (name and contact; optional but preferred)

  6. Description of the most impactful dramatic scene you’ve recently seen and why (film or series, positive or negative impression; 300 words)

【聲明與須知 Terms & Notices】

• 主辦單位將於活動期間進行照片及影片拍攝作為活動推廣與結案紀錄之使用。參與者同意主辦單位拍攝、修飾、使用、公開展示本人之肖像（包含照片及動態影像），並同意主辦單位就上述攝影著作（內含授權之肖像）享有完整之著作權，並得以各種管道或印刷方式呈現授權內容之全部或部分並可公開發表，及著作權法賦予著作人所擁有之權益。
• 專業創作班學員於結業後，經通過審查及媒合後可進入專案實作教練（主筆編劇、編劇統籌）團隊，參與實際劇本開發。每位實作學員需完成至少150小時專案工作，並填寫任務報告，由實作教練簽核。各專案將由三方（主辦方、實作學員、實作教練）簽署合作協議，並於結業後提供實務參與補助金，協助實作學員累積職場歷練與產業實戰經驗，縮短產業適應期。
• 個資蒐集目的及利用：為辦理及推廣《專業編劇人才即戰力養成計畫》而蒐集報名者之個人資料，參與者亦同意提供並授權主辦單位使用其報名所提供之個人資料，以辦理行政聯繫、行政管理、招生通知公告及課程參與、提供講師或主管機關等相關事宜。
• 個資蒐集類別：姓名、聯絡方式、簡歷等資訊，請參見報名表欄位。
• 個資利用期間：自蒐集開始至台灣影視編劇協會存續期間。
• 個資當事人權利：查閱、請求複製本、更正資料、要求停止處理利用或刪除。
• 不提供個資之影響：若未完整、真實提供報名所應提交之個資，主辦單位得拒絕報名，錄取後並得撤銷資格。
• 主辦單位保留更改活動詳情的權利。 如有任何爭議 ，以主辦單位的決議做為最終結果。

• The organizer will take photos and videos during the program for promotional and archival purposes. By participating, you agree to the use, modification, and public display of your image (photos and videos) and grant the organizer full copyright over the captured materials for all promotional channels and formats.

• Graduates of the Professional Creation Class, upon passing review and matching, may join a project team (head writer, story editor) to participate in actual script development. Each participant must complete at least 150 project hours, submit task reports, and receive sign-off from the project coach. All projects will be governed by a tripartite cooperation agreement (organizer, participant, coach), and a participation subsidy will be provided to support industry experience building and shorten the adaptation period for professional work.

• Personal data collection and use: Information collected is for the administration and promotion of the “Professional Screenwriting Talent Development Program”. Participants consent to the use of their provided data for administrative contact, program management, announcements, course participation, and related matters involving instructors or relevant authorities.

• Data categories collected: Name, contact information, résumé and other registration details (see registration form).

• Data retention period: From collection until the Taiwan Screenwriters Association ceases operations.

• Data subject rights: Access, copy, correction, suspension of processing/use, and deletion requests.

• Impact of non-provision: Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in disqualification or withdrawal of admission.

• The organizer reserves the right to adjust program details. In case of disputes, the organizer’s decision shall be final.
