踏入社創，用行動實現改變 Step into Social Innovation, Create Change Through Action
見習參訪與實習媒合活動目的促進青年與社會創新組織的實習及工作機會，增強青年對社會創新的認識與實踐。
這次，我們將走進逆風劇團，深入了解他們的使命與工作內容，探索他們如何用藝術翻轉生命，透過戲劇教育與表演，支持青少年及弱勢族群，將熱情與專業結合，為社會帶來正向的改變！
The Internship & Career Matching Program aims to connect young talents with social innovation organizations, offering opportunities for internships and employment while fostering a deeper understanding and hands-on experience in social innovation.
This time, we will visit Againstwind, an organization that empowers youth and marginalized communities through drama education and performance. Join us to explore their mission, work, and impact, and see how they combine passion with expertise to create positive social change!

台北 NPO 聚落，過去曾是孕育無數學子的北一女教師暨眷屬宿舍。在台北市政府社會局的努力之下，這裡搖身一變成為全國首創的非營利組織聚落；Impact Hub Taipei則複製過往空間營運與組織培力的成功經驗，匯集多元的社會創新夥伴，開啟與社區居民共創的行動，更為公私部門協力（PPP, Public Private Partnership）立下了最佳典範。我們提供非營利組織與社會創新團隊進駐，提供創意能量與加值升級，催化進駐夥伴的互動，賦予這棟建築物靈魂。
隨著2024年6月臺北市政府青年局的成立，台北 NPO 聚落的使命再度升級！不僅是NPO的溫暖家園，更成為支持青年投入社會創新的重要基地，持續推動國際鏈結，讓社會創新與影響力從台北出發，邁向世界舞台！
Once a residential area for teachers of Taipei First Girls’ High School, the Taipei NPO Hub has been transformed into Taiwan’s first-ever nonprofit organization cluster with support from the Taipei City Government’s Department of Social Welfare.
Managed by Impact Hub Taipei, the space fosters co-creation with local communities and serves as a best-practice model for public-private partnerships (PPP). It offers NPOs and social innovation teams a home to exchange ideas, enhance creativity and collaborate for greater impact.
With the establishment of the Taipei Youth Affairs Bureau in June 2024, Taipei NPO Hub is expanding its mission! It will not only continue to be a welcoming space for NPOs but also become a key platform for young people to engage in social innovation—connecting Taipei’s social impact efforts to the global stage.
