Master Guidance × Hands-on Experience × Personal Creation × Artistic Tea Time
Led by renowned sculptor Tzu-Lung Chang, this workshop guides participants step by step from the basics, making the creative process both approachable and meditative.
Through the rhythmic use of hammer and chisel, you’ll experience the transformation of stone—each strike revealing a dialogue between hand and material.
Every participant will complete a small stone sculpture, a one-of-a-kind keepsake symbolizing the creative journey.
During the art tea session, enjoy handmade ceramic cups crafted by the artist himself, sharing inspiration and stories of art and everyday life.

14:00~15:00｜子隆山房藝術園區導覽 Guided Tour of Tzu Lung Artist House
走進隱身山林間的子隆山房，這是一處融合自然與藝術的靜謐空間。透過導覽，認識園區中與土地共生的設計理念，感受空間中流動的時間感與創作能量，開啟一場屬於內在與環境對話的旅程。
Wander through a serene space that fuses nature and art. Learn about the philosophy of coexisting with the land, experience the subtle passage of time within the space, and begin a journey of inner and environmental dialogue.
15:00~16:00｜體驗石雕創作 Stone Sculpture Experience
在專業引導下親手拿起鐵鎚與鑿子，體驗雕刻石材的第一步。透過一敲一鑿的節奏，感受手與石頭的直接連結，最後的打磨階段是向內探索的旅程，引導你與石對話、與自己對話，同時觀察材質回應的方式，讓你在過程中初步體會石雕創作的樂趣。
Under expert guidance, pick up your own hammer and chisel to carve stone for the first time. Feel the connection between hand and stone, and discover the meditative rhythm of sculpting. Each chisel mark becomes an exploration of form, material, and self-awareness.
16:00~17:00｜藝術下午茶交流 Art Tea Gathering
悠閒午後時光，於自然包圍的子隆山房中，使用藝術家親手製作的陶杯品茗，細品香氣與溫度的變化。透過與老師及學員間的輕鬆交流，不僅分享彼此的創作靈感，也讓藝術走入日常，成為生活中溫柔的片刻。
Savor a relaxed afternoon surrounded by nature. Enjoy tea served in handmade ceramic cups, while sharing thoughts and inspirations with the instructor and fellow participants. Let art blend seamlessly into daily life, creating gentle and meaningful moments.

講師／ 張子隆 雕塑藝術家
畢業於國立臺灣藝術專科學校與日本多摩美術大學研究所，擁有逾四十年雕塑創作與教學經驗，曾任國立臺北藝術大學總務長、淡水藝文中心藝術總監、淡水文化基金會董事長。歷年參與東京迪士尼建設、赴澳洲與夏威夷大學講學並擔任駐校藝術家，具豐富國際視野與實踐經歷。長年致力於雕塑與空間、自然的對話，並於退休後創立「子隆山房鎌倉塾」，以藝術滋養土地，潛移默化地將美學落實於生活日常。
Lecturer — Tzu-Lung Chang, Sculptor
Graduate of National Taiwan Academy of Arts and Tama Art University (Japan), with over 40 years of experience in sculpture and art education. Former General Affairs Director at Taipei National University of Arts, Artistic Director of Tamsui Cultural Arts Center, and Chairman of Tamsui Cultural Foundation.
Chang participated in the construction of Tokyo Disneyland and has lectured in Australia and Hawaii as an artist-in-residence. His lifelong practice explores the dialogue between sculpture, space, and nature. In retirement, he founded Tzu Lung Artist House (Kamakura Atelier) to nurture the land through art and integrate aesthetics into everyday life.
助教／ 江孟禧 雕塑藝術家
2014年畢業於國立臺北藝術大學美術系美術創作碩士班雕塑組。長年從事雕塑創作與教學，作品關注身體與自然之間的象徵與連結，擅長以木、石等天然素材進行造形轉化，融合人體結構與動植物意象，強調作品在空間中的量體感與存在性。 在教學方面，江孟禧具備多年大專院校與藝術工作坊的授課經驗。曾任大葉大學造形藝術系石材藝術講師（2017–2020），並於國立臺灣藝術大學雕塑學系擔任木雕專題創作講師（2019–2023），課程內容涵蓋雕刻技法、材料實作、創作引導與造形討論。自2019年起，亦長期參與亞洲青年木雕藝術研習營，擔任創作組導師與助理主持人，協助學員進行大型雕塑實作。2022年起，於懷德居木師基地開設春季木雕班，持續進行雕刻技藝與創作思維的推廣。 創作與教學皆強調材料本質與雕刻技術的結合，致力於引導學員從實作中理解雕塑語彙與藝術思考，並建立對材料與形式之間關係的深刻感知。
Assistant — Meng-Si Jiang, Sculptor
Holds an MFA in Sculpture from Taipei National University of the Arts (2014). His work explores the symbolic relationships between the human body and nature, using materials such as wood and stone to express organic form and structure.
Jiang has extensive teaching experience at universities and art workshops, including serving as a lecturer in stone sculpture at Dayeh University (2017–2020) and in wood sculpture at NTUA (2019–2023). Since 2019, he has also been a mentor and assistant host at Asian Youth Wood Sculpture Camp. His teaching emphasizes material essence, craftsmanship, and the relationship between form and perception.

北海岸白沙灣山坡上的「子隆山房」於2015年落成，張子隆教授用十餘年的時間，在退休前夕日日夜夜漫步在這片山坡之間，觀察地貌與植物生長的樣貌、感受土地的起伏與呼吸，以其長年致力於藝術進入空間的研究，擺脫人為斧鑿的痕跡，在對自然深深凝視後，完成這座與自然共生、環境永續的藝術基地。

Nestled on the slopes near Baishawan on Taiwan’s North Coast, Tzu Lung Artist House was completed in 2015 after more than a decade of planning and construction. Professor Chang observed the land, its terrain, and the life growing upon it, creating a sanctuary that embodies harmony between art and nature.
This tranquil retreat is designed for creation and introspection. Surrounded by lush greenery and mountain breezes, it provides an ideal space for sculpting. Participants work with natural light and the sounds of nature, shaping their own artistic language from raw stone.
Here, sculpting is more than a skill—it is a meditative practice. Each step, from modeling to chiseling and polishing, invites reflection and connection with both material and self.
At Tzu Lung Artist House, learning sculpture becomes a lifestyle—one where creation and contemplation coexist, allowing art and the spirit to find peace.
隱身山林間的子隆山房，是一座專為創作與內在對話而存在的靜謐空間。這裡遠離都市喧囂，綠意與山風環繞，為石雕創作提供最純粹且安定的環境。課程中，你將在自然光與蟲鳴鳥語中，學習如何從一塊原石開始，透過雙手慢慢琢磨出屬於自己的形體與語言。
與其說這裡是雕塑教室，不如說是心靈的工坊。從模型、放樣，到打鑿、修整與打磨，每個階段都是向內探索的旅程。專業講師引導技法，更引導你與石對話、與自己對話。
