除了週末晚間的「展演活動」外，平日與週末下午包還「知識講座」「課程體驗」項目。我們經營的目的，主要推動台灣及亞洲表演藝術產業發展，期望為藝術家創造更多舞台，讓藝術深植於日常中，豐富每個人的生活視野和品味！

 Are we a restaurant or a jazz bar?

We are a performance art venue located in the East District of Taipei, listed as a must-visit destination for Taipei’s cultural scene. If you haven’t visited us yet, stepping into our venue amidst the hustle and bustle of the city will make you feel like you’ve entered a paradise.

Here, there’s no minimum spending requirement. All you need to do is immerse yourself in the music! Tickets come with a designated beverage and you can also purchase snacks to accompany your chill night.

In addition to weekend evening “performance events,” we also offer “knowledge lectures” and “course experiences” on weekdays and weekend afternoons. Our main goal is to promote the development of the performing arts industry in Taiwan and Asia, hoping to create more stages for artists and enrich everyone’s life perspectives and tastes with art, making art an integral part of everyday life!

▐  最受矚目2024金秋大樂隊Ｘ享象駐館計畫 Most Anticipated 2024 Golden Autumn Big Band X Rhythmscape Residency Program

每兩個月舉辦一次金秋大樂隊的駐館演出，並在每首曲目演前安排導聆。透過這些演出，觀眾將有機會體驗閩南與拉丁爵士音樂的迷人之處，並透過跨領域的演出，深入了解這兩種音樂風格的世界。

鑑於閩南語歌曲的深厚歷史淵源，樂團搜羅了許多帶有拉丁或是日本風格的閩南語金曲。透過搭配傳統與現代爵士元素再製改編為小編制大樂團演奏版本，將音樂會安排為一系列的音樂演奏與樂曲導聆。旨在以文化傳承與創新為目標。我們希望讓大家感受到當年閩南語黃金時期的時代氛圍，並引領大家懷舊回憶。

Every two months, the Golden Autumn Big Band will hold a residency performance, with a guided listening session arranged before each piece. Through these performances, audiences will have the chance to experience the charm of Minnan and Latin jazz music and gain a deeper understanding of these two musical styles through interdisciplinary performances.

Due to the profound historical roots of Minnan songs, the band has collected many Minnan golden hits with Latin or Japanese influences. By combining traditional and modern jazz elements, these songs are reinterpreted for a small ensemble big band performance. The concert series aims to preserve and innovate cultural heritage. We hope to evoke the golden era of Minnan music and lead the audience into nostalgic memories.

▐  什麼是小編制大樂團？ What is a Small Ensemble Big Band?

爵士樂當中的小編制樂團，強調精彩的即興段落，大樂團則是以豐富的編曲為主體，即興成為了點綴，而在這兩者之間的小編制大樂團則時常是更自由的在這兩者之間游移，兼具了豐富的編曲與精彩的即興，而小編制大樂團的另一個特色則是編制的多樣性，不只僅限管樂，也能偶有弦樂、手風琴、打擊樂等不同樂器的加入，這些樂器不同比例的搭配，都能調配出緊密刺激的聲響，這也使得每一個小編制大樂團都是如此的獨特，也使得爵士樂有著豐富的樣貌。

In jazz, a small ensemble emphasizes brilliant improvisations, while a big band focuses on rich arrangements with improvisations as embellishments. A small ensemble big band freely navigates between these two, offering both rich arrangements and impressive improvisations. Another unique feature of small ensemble big bands is their diverse instrumentation. They often include not only wind instruments but also strings, accordions, percussion, and other instruments. The varied combinations create tight and exciting sounds, making each small ensemble big band unique and showcasing the rich diversity of jazz.

 ▐ 駐館音樂家｜金秋大樂隊 Resident Musicians | Golden Autumn Big Band

是由音樂工人工作室集結了台灣跨領域頂尖音樂演奏家所組成，主要演奏國台語，西洋經典或流行歌曲等，音樂呈現為純管樂搭配節奏類樂器表演。管樂器的爆發性十足，即使沒有歌手演唱，音樂感染力亦撼動人心。成員們努力創作富有特色的音樂作品，亦不斷的嘗試全新演出型態。演出主題依據節目規劃安排，並穿插改編方言歌曲演奏作為推廣藝文教育之目標。

The Golden Autumn Big Band, organized by Music Workers Studio, consists of top interdisciplinary musicians in Taiwan. They primarily perform classic and popular songs in Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Western languages. Their performances feature powerful wind instruments paired with rhythm instruments. Even without vocalists, their music is highly impactful. The members strive to create distinctive music and continually explore new performance styles. Themes are arranged according to program plans, with adaptations of regional songs to promote arts and cultural education.

Rhythmscape is a performing arts venue based in Taipei, dedicated to promoting music and dance in the Asian region. As part of the Musical Ephant Arts Company, we host live concerts, professional workshops, and also design cross-arts productions for events of all sizes.   • We are committed to bridging the gap between art and life. Therefore, our activities are designed to start with “experiencing life” and “experiencing the beauty of art,” aiming to make cultural events a part of daily life aesthetics.
• Performance Events: Providing the Finest Jazz Performances
  • We aspire to offer the public the most distinctive and high-quality jazz performances. Therefore, we provide a completely free creative space, combining innovative ideas and exchanging inspiration with artists. For example, our monthly resident artists not only create stages for performers to convey emotions and ideas but also give audiences the opportunity to fully understand the performers and their works. Through top-notch and innovative performances, we aim to ensure that jazz enthusiasts thoroughly enjoy each unique show.
• Lecture Series: Serving as an Educational Platform for Jazz Learning and Exchange
  • We believe that nurturing and improving performers are the primary keys to enhancing the overall jazz community. Therefore, we combine the networking resources of top musicians domestically and internationally to design unique jazz talent development activities in Taiwan. These activities include improvisational music sessions (Jam Sessions) and jazz musician branding workshops, aiming to promote the development of the jazz community and bring more high-quality performances to the public.
• Commercial Productions: Catering to Customized Performance Needs
  • With our rich professional background and networking resources in performing arts, we provide unique performance projects throughout Taiwan. We offer integrated one-stop services, tailoring exclusive events for clients such as wedding performances, private parties, or corporate events. ACCUPASS取消報名及退費方式
如因個人因素（如加班、身體不適、家裡事務等）臨時無法參加，可轉讓票卷或請於ACCUPASS頁面申請，並依照其規範及程序辦理。（票券可使用時間8日前，酌收票價10%退票手續費，逾期恕不受理。）

申請期限說明
以2019年8月份為例，活動開始日期為8月15日，報名人最遲需於8月8日23：59前申請退票。

備註：
1. 主辦單位將於現場拍攝活動照片，作為相關活動宣傳使用。報名並出席本活動，即視為無償同意主辦單位依前述用途使用當天活動照片。
2. 主辦單位保有變更及終止活動之權利。
