【無所事事的下午，在選物店發呆 A Leisurely Afternoon at the Select Shop】在選物店裡做義大利麵餃 Making Handmade Italian Ravioli

用簡單的材料，竟然能做成有咬勁的麵體，讓我們一起從麵粉開始，度過這個沒事找事的下午吧！

活動當中，我們會製作兩種麵型及兩種餡料，並且能現場品嚐一小份。自己動手做的麵餃就帶回家當晚餐吧！

使用義大利杜蘭麥粉開始揉麵、醒麵、製作麵型。

Spend a slow, idle afternoon making ravioli at a lifestyle select shop.

With just a few simple ingredients, you’ll create chewy, springy pasta from scratch. Let’s start from flour and spend this pleasantly uneventful afternoon finding joy in doing something with our hands!

In this hands-on activity, you’ll make two pasta shapes and two types of fillings, and enjoy a small tasting on-site. The ravioli you craft will be yours to take home—perfect for dinner!

We’ll begin with Italian durum wheat flour, kneading the dough, letting it rest and shaping the pasta.

You’ll learn how to:

• Knead fresh pasta dough from scratch

• Roll it out and add your fillings

• Make two shapes with two different fillings
  Each shape will yield 7–8 pieces of ravioli—enough for about two servings.

At the end of the class, you’ll get to sample a small portion of what you’ve made!
