手沖咖啡的美好，在於讓時間慢下來，專注感受香氣與手感的流動。本次工作坊精選三款高階精品豆，其中包含高品質優雅的藝妓品種、以特殊處理法展現獨特香氛的風味豆、以及來自高海拔莊園的產區豆。透過注水、時間與溫度的引導，你將品嘗到三種截然不同的風味語言，並學會讀懂咖啡的性格。在活動後半段，透過老師的帶領，您將能親自體驗注水，泡出屬於自己的手沖咖啡。這是一段沉靜而愉悅的風味旅程，邀請你在午後親手沖出一杯真正屬於自己的精品咖啡。

本次活動，您將體驗：

• 三款高階精品咖啡豆：包含高品質藝妓品種、特殊處理法、以及高海拔莊園豆
• 親手體驗手沖咖啡的沖泡流程，細品其細緻的風味變化
• 在植物圍繞的療癒森林系空間中，細品風味手沖咖啡，如同置身森林咖啡館

The charm of hand-brewed coffee lies in slowing down time—allowing you to focus on the flow of aroma, temperature, and touch. This workshop features three premium specialty beans: an elegant high-grade Geisha variety, a uniquely processed bean showcasing distinctive aromatics, and a high-altitude estate bean. Through mindful control of pouring, timing, and temperature, you will explore three completely different flavor profiles and learn to interpret the personality of each coffee. In the second half of the session, under the instructor’s guidance, you will have the chance to try pouring for yourself and create your own cup of hand-brewed coffee. It is a quiet and delightful flavor journey, inviting you to craft a cup that truly belongs to you.

In this workshop, you will experience:

• Three premium specialty coffees: Geisha variety, specially processed beans, and high-altitude estate beans

• Hands-on practice of the hand-brewing process, discovering the delicate shifts in flavor

• Enjoying hand-brewed coffee in a calming, plant-filled space that feels like a forest café

講師介紹 Instructor — Elaine

O’V Coffee創辦人Elaine，於電子科技業領域從業多年，因希望能夠找到並推廣風味優質、具正向品牌價值的咖啡豆，於2018年成立O’V Coffee品牌，堅持只選國際精品協會認證的精品咖啡，並採用永續發展、符合公平貿易的精品咖啡莊園。創辦之今，已擁有多項精品咖啡證照，且於多家企業與單位舉辦精品咖啡工作坊。O’V coffee邀請你，探索咖啡的細膩與靈魂，享受精品咖啡多層次的感官體驗。

Elaine, founder of O’V Coffee, worked for many years in the electronic technology industry. Motivated by the desire to source and promote high-quality coffee beans with positive brand values, she established O’V Coffee in 2018. The brand exclusively selects coffees certified by the Specialty Coffee Association and focuses on sustainable and fair-trade specialty coffee farms. Since its founding, she has earned multiple specialty coffee certifications and has hosted workshops for various companies and organizations. O’V Coffee invites you to explore the subtle soul of coffee and enjoy its rich, multi-layered sensory experience.
