日本人給梅子季專屬的名稱「梅仕事」,在梅子盛產期進行的季節行事,帶著感恩的心與五感行動體驗用梅子製作的自釀梅酒、糖漿、梅子味噌、醬油梅子、酸梅等,梅仕事讓人意識到時間流逝感,在任何物品幾乎都買得到的時代,花時間手作與等待顯得格外珍貴。
想著「梅仕事」珍惜日常裡細微事物的精神,今年選定四月的最後一週邀請大家一起來釀梅酒,一起度過了美好的釀梅時光,讓我們在快節奏的生活步調中慢下來做,停下來喝,等待時間醞釀下的美好風味。
In Japan, the plum season is affectionately known as “Ume Shigoto”, a seasonal ritual dedicated to plums. It’s a time to express gratitude through hands-on experiences using fresh plums to make homemade plum wine, syrup, miso, pickled plums and more. Ume Shigoto reminds us of the passage of time—an appreciation of handmade efforts and patience in a world where everything is readily available.
Embracing the spirit of Ume Shigoto and cherishing life’s subtle details, we’re inviting you to join us in brewing your own plum wine during the last week of April. Let’s slow down, sip gently and savor the flavor that only time can perfect.

釀梅酒工作坊與梅農合作產地直送,特別選用臺灣在地的青梅,將搭配兩款不同風味的基底酒,認識釀梅酒的小知識與基底酒的風味,期待大家可以與梅酒不期而遇。
Partnering with local plum farmers, we use fresh Taiwanese green plums and two different base liquors to create a personalized brew. Learn basic knowledge of plum wine and explore flavor notes of base liquors—you just might meet your perfect match.

調酒課邀請曾擔任亞洲前50大酒吧(R&D Cocktail Lab/2016)調酒師Hedy,她將用獨到的品味與細節規劃活動限定的課程,希望大家能感受調酒的魅力,創造多元新鮮的飲酒體驗。
Led by Hedy, former mixologist at Asia’s Top 50 bar R&D Cocktail Lab (2016), this cocktail course is designed to share the art of mixology with curated lessons and fresh perspectives.

啤飲日邀請龜啤王精釀啤酒主理人Matt客座,他將從自己擔任精釀啤酒裁判的經驗分享品飲啤酒的眉角,啤飲日就像的啤酒聚會,一次可以喝到來自全世界的精釀好啤酒,讓大家聚在一起一直喝酒一直爽。
Join guest Matt, curator of Kuei Pi Wang craft beer and certified beer judge, for a casual tasting session where you’ll explore craft beers from around the world. It’s an open beer party—drink, share, and enjoy to your heart’s content!
