By purchasing or obtaining this ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms:

1. The organizer reserves the right for final interpretation, as well as the right to change, suspend or terminate event details.
2. The organizer reserves the right to review and approve participant qualifications.
3. This event utilizes ACCUPASS’s e-ticket system for check-in. Please refer to the ACCUPASS website for detailed instructions.
4. If you are unable to attend after completing registration and payment, refund and cancellation will be processed through ACCUPASS in accordance with their refund policy.
5. The organizer will document the event (including but not limited to audio, video, photography and text). All copyrights and ownership of the resulting materials belong to the organizer.
6. The organizer retains the right to reproduce and broadcast event footage.
7. A pre-event notice will be emailed to the address provided during registration at least one day before the event. Please check your inbox.
8. By registering, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information by the event organizer, INSIDE Co., Ltd., co-organizer TNL Mediagene (The News Lens Media Group), and sponsor Excellent Marketing Co., Ltd., for purposes including but not limited to event execution, marketing, customer service and research.
