社會科學院犯罪防治學系、比較刑事司法研究中心主辦的「專家開講」活動,將在11/28下午1:00-2:30在銘傳大學桃園校區綜合教學大樓EE702教室舉行,邀請到美國加州州立大學富樂頓分校計算機科學系教授陳君儀博士,以「人工智慧時代的數位轉型」進行專題演講,由犯防系章光明主任、許春金客座教授共同主持,歡迎全校師生踴躍前往聆聽。
當今快速科技成長環境中,數位轉型對於公共和私人組織來說,至關重要。本次演講重點聚焦在「人工智慧」的整合,如何改善客戶體驗、自動化流程並實現數據主導的決策,將分析支撐數位計畫的關鍵驅動因素和技術,如大數據、機器學習、人工智慧、雲計算和物聯網等常見的商業模型和框架。
將深入探討數位轉型,包括其歷史背景、關鍵原則及其在促進創新和靈活性方面的重要角色,以及探討戰略願景、領導力、科技的採用及如何利用數據,推動成功的轉型計畫。
主講人陳君儀博士是一名備受尊敬的計算機科學研究員和學者,以及備受推崇的人工智能科技、大數據和網絡安全領域的資深資訊專家,擁有美國諾瓦東南大學的信息系統博士學位、美國大學的管理技術碩士學位,以及加拿大溫莎大學的計算機科學學士學位,並具有超過30年豐富的軟體系統開發及管理的專業知識和經驗,在美國服務過數個財富排名100強知名公司,並曾在多個國際會議上,作為主題和特邀演講嘉賓,發表演講。
其主要專注於高級數據庫系統、大數據、數據科學、數據挖掘、機器學習、軟體工程、軟體開發方法論、數字鑑識調查和網絡安全。他在數據科學和新興資訊科技領域的學術貢獻,廣受認可,亦發表多篇論文於SSCI和IEEE等知名會議論文集和高影響力學術期刊。

Department of Criminal Justice and Center for Comparative Criminal Justice Studies, under the School of Social Sciences, will host an “Expert Lecture” event on November 28 from 13:00 to 14:30 at MCU’s Taoyuan Campus in EE702. The event features guest speaker Dr. Chen Philip, a professor from Department of Computer Science at California State University, Fullerton, who will discuss “Digital Transformation in the Era of Artificial Intelligence”. This lecture will be moderated by Department Chair Chang Kuang-Ming and Visiting Professor Sheu Chuen-Jim. All students and faculty are encouraged to attend.
In today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape, digital transformation is vital for both public and private organizations. Dr. Chen’s presentation will focus on how AI integration can enhance customer experience, automate processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. Key technologies such as big data, machine learning, AI, cloud computing and IoT will be explored as fundamental drivers behind digital initiatives.
The lecture will also delve into digital transformation’s historical background, core principles, and its role in fostering innovation and flexibility, as well as strategies like leadership, tech adoption and data utilization to facilitate effective transformation.
Dr. Chen Philip, a well-regarded researcher in computer science, AI, big data, and cybersecurity, holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University, a Master’s in Management Technology from American University, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from University of Windsor, Canada. With over 30 years of expertise in software systems development and management, he has served Fortune 100 companies in the U.S. and been a featured speaker at multiple international conferences.
Specializing in advanced database systems, data science, machine learning, digital forensics, and network security, Dr. Chen’s academic contributions are widely recognized, with numerous publications in SSCI, IEEE conference proceedings, and high-impact academic journals.
