基隆依山傍海,除擁有迷人海景與海味外,山林間亦有珍藏;以時間發酵,慢慢由鮮明酸香轉變成順口開胃的清爽氣息,為山海生態饗宴揭開序幕~

港市基隆是咖哩與沙茶風味進入本地的口岸,迄今仍保留了以乾粉炒香、搭配陸鮮海味拌炒的迷人滋味;而基隆沿岸產小卷則是與澎湖同樣其名,質量皆美的時令省產,搭配近年融入族群的異國風味,以帶著酸甜氣味的米線取代米粉,呈現這多元都市的豐富精彩~

Keelung, nestled between mountains and the sea, is known not only for its captivating sea views and seafood but also for its forest treasures. Time acts as a fermenting agent, transforming bold, sour aromas into a refreshing and appetizing profile, kicking off an ecological feast from mountain to sea.

Keelung, as a harbor city, was a gateway for curry and satay flavors, which still linger here today in delightful dishes. Stir-fried spice powders paired with fresh local produce create enticing tastes. Fresh squid from Keelung’s coastlines, as renowned as Penghu’s, adds seasonal quality to the menu, blending with diverse flavors from various ethnic groups. The locally sourced rice noodles, with their distinct sweet and sour note, replace traditional vermicelli to celebrate the city’s culinary diversity.

匯聚基隆知名吃食樣貌與風味,並透過食材帶出山海盛產,與漳泉閩客及國民政府遷臺迄今,有趣的風味共融與流變。在盤中,可以嚐到金銀雙色的蒸炸劍蝦水餃、雞捲與蛋腸,與作工細膩的套腸。

This event showcases famous flavors of Keelung, highlighting the bounty of local produce and the fusion of unique tastes shaped by Hokkien, Hakka and mainland Chinese influences over time. Dishes like the golden and silver-colored steamed and fried sword shrimp dumplings, chicken rolls, egg sausage and intricately crafted stuffed intestines are an embodiment of Keelung’s unique culinary heritage.

基隆迷人不止壯闊海洋與滿天飛鳶,跨過濱海公路或沿著蜿蜒小徑進入丘陵與溪谷,總有讓人驚艷的山景與其孕育的美味。而面對濕涼氣候,基隆人自有風味一套,不僅芬芳開胃,同時還能養身健體。

Crossing the coastal highway or following winding paths into the hills and valleys reveals breathtaking landscapes and the delightful flavors they nurture. Keelung’s distinctive cuisine is crafted not only to be fragrant and appetizing but also to nourish and revitalize.
