捷運通車之後，淡水成為台灣遊客到訪最多的首要觀光城市。同時，淡水在三十年間，人口已經倍增，從九萬人成長到十九萬人，仍在增加中。倍增人口也已經改變城鎮的生活方式，淡水城市需要務實的探討當下居民的生活方式是如何？真實需求是什麼？幾個重大建設已經成定局，淡海新市鎮的發展將帶來的未來圖像是什麼？高齡化、少子化與疫情期間的種種衝擊，似乎更快地預見一個未知的未來情境，已經在眼前展開。
安居的議題也已經從「我們需要怎樣的生活方式」轉到「我們選擇怎樣的生活方式」，美好世界不會自然產生，而需要你我的投入與經營。「在淡水，住下來！」是已經移居到此或是即將選擇住到淡水的你我。
「2024年淡水生活節：淡味鄰嶙粼」不是一天的觀光節慶，也不是邀請作客，而是走出家門來，接近山海河城市，享受這一片就屬於你我的美好，一座將容納你的日常計畫與路徑的生活城市。
Since the MRT line opened, Tamsui has become one of Taiwan’s top tourist destinations. Over the past three decades, its population has doubled, growing from 90,000 to 190,000, and continues to increase. This growth has transformed local life, raising questions about the current needs and lifestyles of residents. With major developments in progress, including the expansion of Danhai New Town, what future awaits Tamsui? Challenges such as aging demographics, low birth rates and the impacts of the pandemic paint a picture of an uncertain future already unfolding.
Housing concerns have shifted from “What lifestyle do we need?” to “What lifestyle do we choose?” A better world doesn’t happen by itself—it requires our active involvement and commitment. “Settle down in Tamsui!” is an invitation for those who already live here or are considering making Tamsui their home.
The 2024 Tamsui Lifestyle Festival is not a one-day event for tourists nor an open house; it is a celebration of living, inviting residents to step outside and enjoy the mountains, rivers and cityscape that make up this beautiful place, a city designed to accommodate daily routines and paths that belong to you and me.

⛦活動說明 Event Overview
重建街是淡水最早的一條商業街，從清朝時期的九崁（間）店開始，開始了淡水老街的起源。在過去，這是條淡水的必經之路，商業發展鼎盛；後因為道路拆除拓寬計畫，商家多轉往靠近淡水河岸的中正路上發展，而形成現今遊客們熟悉的淡水老街。
在2009年5月，在地居民舉辦了「第一屆淡水重建街創意市集」，除在地居民外，廣邀各式攤位，重建街重現繁華；直到隔年6月，因道路超除拓寬工程計畫而暫停舉辦。直至今日，重建街有重啟階梯市集，亦有元宵節舉辦提燈籠的時刻，這條悠久歷史的街慢慢復甦。
本次2024淡水生活節：淡味鄰嶙粼，邀請您一同重現階梯市集，以手作為主題，結合藝術與古街道，體驗這充滿人文資產的河港山城。
Rebuild Street, Tamsui’s oldest commercial street, originated during the Qing Dynasty with the Nine Shop Alley. It served as a bustling commercial hub, later moving to Zhongzheng Road near the Tamsui riverside, now known as the Tamsui Old Street familiar to tourists.
In May 2009, local residents organized the first Tamsui Rebuild Street Creative Market, attracting various vendors and bringing back Rebuild Street’s vibrant past. This market was held until June of the following year, pausing due to the road-widening project. Today, the Rebuild Street staircase market has reopened and is even celebrated with lantern festivals during the Lantern Festival, slowly reviving this historical street.
This year, 2024 Tamsui Lifestyle Festival invites you to experience this staircase market revival with a focus on handmade goods, merging art and heritage in this riverside, mountain city filled with cultural assets.
⛦活動注意事項 Notes.ᐟ.ᐟ
一、每格攤商提供IBM桌1張（摺疊桌W180 X D45 X H74 cm）、椅子1張及桌巾1條。無提供水電，若有需要請自備並自負安全。
二、攤商位子及名單將於11月15日前公告於淡水好生活：山海河賦創設計學院FB粉絲專頁，並以Email公告至攤商信箱。
三、重建街階梯非完全平面，請注意階梯落差。
四、若有12歲以下兒童參與，請務必至少1位18歲以上成人陪同。
- Each vendor booth includes one IBM folding table (W180 x D45 x H74 cm), one chair and one tablecloth. No electricity is provided; please bring your own if needed and ensure safety.
- Booth locations and vendor lists will be announced on Tamsui Good Life Facebook page and emailed to vendors by November 15.
- The Rebuild Street staircase is not completely flat; please be mindful of the steps.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by at least one adult over 18.
