全國規劃系所實習聯展 19th National Planning Department Internship Exhibition

2024第19屆全國規劃系所實習聯展,由中華民國都市計劃學會指導,銘傳大學都市規劃與防災系主辦,6/1(六)在銘傳大學桃園校區設計大樓輝煌登場。內政部政務次長馬士元、中華民國都市計劃學會理事長白仁德、中華民國都市計畫技師公會全國聯合會理事長屈恩璽等貴賓,與來自全國17校系師生於銘傳大學齊聚一堂,31組作品在會場爭相競豔,值得期待!
本屆主題為「空間 x 治理 x 永續靱性」,以「∞」的無限、永生理念串聯主題,加上城市剪影的空間治理意象,搭配代表規劃設計工具的三角板,呈現本次經由全國17間規劃系所、31組同學付出努力學習後,產生的璀璨成果。系列活動在與會貴賓開幕致詞後,邀請日本國立金澤大學理工學院教授沈振江專題演講「國土規劃的國際比較」,帶來更多元、更宏觀的國土規劃視野。下午進行競賽評選和成果交流,閉幕式則揭曉展覽競賽結果,邀請內政部國土管理署副署長徐燕興擔任頒獎嘉賓,頒發中華民國都市計畫技師公會全國聯合會優秀規劃獎、優秀國土規劃獎等獎項。
銘傳大學李選士校長表示,在這個具有挑戰與機會的重要時刻,一起共同探討如何構建更加韌性和永續的未來。永續治理和靱性是我們面對的重大挑戰,也同時是擁有龐大潛力的機會。全國17規劃專業的系所師生透過這場競賽與展覽,激發創新思維,促進合作,推動永續發展目標。經由大家攜手合作,為我們的未來型塑一個更美好的世界。
銘傳設計學院院長、都防系教授洪啟東指出,在展覽與競賽中,將看到各種解決方案和創意想法,從都市規劃到資源管理,從氣候變遷到社會公平,每個領域都有機會展現創新和靱性。期待見證參賽者們的才華和努力,希望與大家共同探索創建一個更加永續和韌性的未來。
本次聯展,銘傳都防系主任林文苑和胡志平教授率領全系師生投入籌劃,為活動注入創意。參與的大學有:銘傳大學都市規劃與防災系、中國文化大學都市計劃與開發管理系、中華大學建築與都市計畫系、長榮大學土地管理與開發系、成功大學都市計劃系、宜蘭大學建築與永續規劃研究所、金門大學都市計畫與景觀系、政治大學地政系、臺北大學不動產與城鄉環境系、臺北大學都市計劃研究所、臺北科技大學建築系、臺北教育大學社會與區域發展系、臺灣大學建築與城鄉研究所、逢甲大學都市計畫與空間資訊系、朝陽科技大學景觀及都市設計系、臺北市立大學城市發展系、崑山科技大學房地產開發管理系等17校。
2024 19th National Planning Department Internship Exhibition
Guided by Taiwan Institute of Urban Planning and organized by Department of Urban Planning and Disaster Management at Ming Chuan University (MCU), the 19th National Planning Department Internship Exhibition will be grandly held on June 1 (Saturday) at Design Building of Taoyuan Campus. Distinguished guests such as Deputy Minister of Ministry of the Interior, Ma Shi-yuan; President of Taiwan Institute of Urban Planning, Bai Ren-de; and President of National Federation of Urban Planners Associations, Qu En-xi, along with faculty and students from 17 universities across the country, will gather at MCU. 31 projects will compete and showcase their brilliance at the venue, promising an exciting event!
The theme for this year’s exhibition is “Space x Governance x Sustainable Resilience”, symbolized by the infinity sign “∞” to represent unlimited potential and everlasting principles, combined with the imagery of urban governance and a triangle ruler symbolizing planning and design tools. This theme highlights the dazzling results of the hard work and learning by students from 17 planning departments nationwide, featuring 31 group projects.
After the opening speeches by the attending dignitaries, Professor Chen Zhen-jiang from School of Science and Engineering, Kanazawa University, Japan, will deliver a keynote speech on “International Comparison of National Land Planning”, providing a diverse and broad perspective on land planning. The afternoon will be dedicated to competition evaluations and results sharing. The closing ceremony will announce the exhibition competition results, with Deputy Director-General of National Land Management Agency, Ministry of the Interior, Xu Yan-xing, presenting awards such as the Outstanding Planning Award and the Outstanding National Land Planning Award from the National Federation of Urban Planners Associations.
MCU President Lee Hsuan-shih emphasized that at this crucial time of challenges and opportunities, it is essential to explore how to build a more resilient and sustainable future together. Sustainable governance and resilience are not only significant challenges but also hold tremendous potential. Through this competition and exhibition, students and faculty from 17 planning departments nationwide can stimulate innovative thinking, promote collaboration, and drive sustainable development goals. By working together, we can shape a better world for our future.
Dean of the School of Design and Professor of Urban Planning and Disaster Management, Hung Chi-tung, highlighted that the exhibition and competition will showcase various solutions and creative ideas, ranging from urban planning to resource management, climate change to social equity, offering opportunities to display innovation and resilience in every field. He looks forward to witnessing the talents and efforts of the participants and hopes to explore building a more sustainable and resilient future with everyone.
This exhibition has been meticulously planned by the entire faculty and students of Department of Urban Planning and Disaster Management, led by Department Chair Lin Wen-yen and Professor Hu Chich-ping, infusing creativity into the event. Participating universities include Ming Chuan University, Chinese Culture University, Chung Hua University, Chang Jung Christian University, National Cheng Kung University, National Ilan University, National Quemoy University, National Chengchi University, National Taipei University, National Taipei University of Technology, National Taipei University of Education, National Taiwan University, Feng Chia University, Chaoyang University of Technology, University of Taipei, and Kun Shan University, making up the 17 schools involved.
