街遊 x 社區實踐 Street Play x Community Practice｜翻開人生命運卡！無家者與少年的真人圖書館 Unlocking Life Destiny Cards! The Real Human Library for the Homeless and Youth

小時候，你班上是否也有個不太寫作業、偶爾不來上學，又常被老師特別關心的A同學？就算有時會跟A有些交集，他仍是一個神祕的存在：
「幹嘛故意惹老師？乖乖聽話不是比較輕鬆嗎？」
「聽說他放學後不去補習也不回家，那是去了哪裡？」
幾乎沒有人知道，當時對A同學來說，最棘手的不是學校的考試跟作業，而是三餐、帳單，或親人的缺席甚至傷害。
如果人生是一場大富翁，A的手上就像握著一疊丟也丟不掉命運卡，
有時更會在抽到這些命運卡後，遊走在法律與犯罪邊緣。
「只記得他不愛唸書，不知道他畢業後去了哪裡，現在在做什麼……」
還不了解他，我們就這樣長大了。
你我那位A同學也同樣長大了，但那些年少時期的困境和傷痕，卻可能延續在他往後的人生大富翁格子裡。
於是，這次街遊和耕耘兒少議題的萬華好鄰居「社區實踐」找來兩種時態的少年，一邊是「進行式」，一邊是「過去式」，我們將輕輕翻開少年們的命運卡，聽他們聊聊共通的心聲、各自獨特的故事。

🪵 特製環節｜我的祕密基地 · 共作time
其實不只是少年，每個人在玩人生大富翁時，應該都有辛苦的時候。如果大富翁地圖上有些叫「祕密基地」的格子，允許我們在經歷大大小小的挑戰之餘，偶爾走進去休息玩樂，那該有多好～
試著想一想，什麼祕密基地會讓你覺得被保護、覺得放鬆安全呢？
我們會準備木塊、石頭、落葉等各式媒材，讓大家動手打造一個屬於自己的祕密基地，也試著認識彼此心中的想像。

Organized by Street Play and Taiwan Community Practice Association, this event brings together two groups of youth, one representing the present and the other the past, to share their common experiences and unique stories. Through this interactive session, attendees will have the opportunity to delve into the shadows and light of the lives of these young individuals.
Join us as we explore the secret corners of our lives and create a safe space for relaxation and imagination. Through activities like “My Secret Hideaway”, participants will have the chance to express their innermost thoughts and dreams.

🌲 講者介紹 Speakers
🚧 少年過去式／無家經驗者 Past Youth 小潘
現為芒草心香香澡堂值班人員也斜槓街遊分享者的小潘，是個三十多歲的悶騷男子。但眼前這個願意對我們敞開心房的小潘，其實也是花了漫長的時間、反覆的過程，慢慢修補成現在的樣子的。
很多身上的傷痕，來自年少時期在家庭和學校間的劇烈碰撞，以及後來在職場受剝削，又輾轉在街頭流浪的無數日子。為了揭開各種曾遭受的不合理對待、撕除身上的標籤，小潘總積極地參與著一場場的分享，而本次將是他第一次公開談論自己年少時期的經歷！
Now a staff member at Pon Pon, 小潘is a man in his thirties who has undergone a long and challenging journey to reach where he is today. His experiences include struggles in family and school during his youth, followed by exploitation in the workplace and periods of homelessness. Despite his hardships, 小潘actively participates in sharing his story to shed light on injustices and remove societal labels.
🏀 少年現在式 Present Youth 品毅
小六生，現在和媽媽、國小的妹妹及讀幼兒園的弟弟一起生活，有時得幫忙照顧弟弟妹妹。小三來到據點，認識三年左右，我們一起經歷生活裡的日常和動盪。
平常的生活是早上上課，有時候會遲到翹課，讓老師頭痛，但五六年級比較常去上課了。下課後就跟朋友出去玩，交友廣闊，在社區裡不會找不到一起玩的朋友，逛夜市、騎單車、打籃球、打羽球，都是會和朋友一起做的事。
聰明、口才好、真誠、貼心、照顧家人的，是我們看到的品毅；調皮搗蛋、大聲嗆人、偶爾罵些髒話、深夜在街頭遊蕩玩耍，也是我們認識的品毅。
A sixth-grade student, 品毅lives with his mother, younger sister, and preschool-aged brother. He has been associated with the base for about three years, experiencing the ups and downs of daily life together with his peers. 品毅is known for his intelligence, eloquence, sincerity, and caring nature, yet he also exhibits mischievous behavior typical of his age.
🏅 少年現在式 Present Youth 迪安
高二少年，從國小高年級開始參加角力隊直到高中，過去幾年的生活重心都在角力隊，曾想過轉換跑道，今年寒假時才下定決心轉學到餐飲科。
現在和哥哥、朋友們一起生活，需要打工賺自己的生活費，是初入工讀世界的新鮮人。
小學一年級就在社區認識，看著迪安長大。從小是社區裡得人疼的孩子，在長大過程中幸運獲得一些人的支持，也有哥哥姐姐姐陪伴走過人生的風風雨雨。
A sophomore in high school, 迪安has been involved in wrestling since elementary school and recently made the decision to transfer to a culinary arts program. He lives with his brother and friends, working part-time to support himself. Dean grew up in the community, facing various challenges and receiving support from family and friends along the way.

街遊 Hidden Taipei
街遊 Hidden Taipei是 社團法人台灣芒草心慈善協會 專注在社會溝通的專案。概念來自倫敦，透過無家者導覽員看見他們眼中的台北。而後開發出「真人圖書館」講座、「艋舺走撞」街頭遊戲、「無家者的街頭講堂」教學包，帶領大家透過多元有趣的體驗方式理解無家議題。
Hidden Taipei, operated by Homeless Taiwan Association, focuses on social communication projects. Inspired by similar initiatives in London, Hidden Taipei offers experiences such as “real human library” sessions, street games, and street lectures to raise awareness of homelessness issues.

台灣社區實踐協會 Taiwan Community Practice Association
社區實踐在2007年走入萬華社區，從陪伴街頭遊蕩的孩子開始，而後遇見許多面臨困境的家庭，便以家庭為單位的開展工作。
在社區裡經營著新安兒少據點、新住民姐妹的空間，以及這一年開始更加深入陪伴社區婦女。因著貼近的工作，看見人的力量，認為人不應被當成問題處理。
看著許多家長在就業與照顧的兩難，以及身心落後於一般人期待的人們的困境，逐步發展社區合作經濟，創造社區裡互助與友善的就業機會。例如：和孩子的媽媽開了越南小吃店越窩越好，支持社區夥伴開了大水溝二手屋，也串連社區網絡的組織共同舉辦培根市集，讓剛起步或掉落的人能夠有重新練習的空間。
重視社區工作的理念，在發現共同的需求後一同找出辦法，嘗試在都市裡撐出一些空間、織起社區互助的網，創造一個人們都可以安穩自在生活的社區。
Established in 2007, Taiwan Community Practice Association began its work in the Wanhua community, initially focusing on children living on the streets. Over the years, it expanded its efforts to support families facing difficulties, providing spaces for activities and mutual assistance. Taiwan Community Practice Association advocates for a community-based approach to addressing social challenges and creating a supportive environment for all residents.
