台灣早年曾經有綿密且多元的鐵路系統，甚至曾經被稱為鐵道王國，許多城鎮的聚落發展幾乎都是沿著鐵道而成形。其中環島鐵路系統最後通車的南迴鐵路，擁有依山傍海的鐵道美景，但也因為沿線地形險峻和人煙稀少，工程困難度最高，而成為台灣最危險的鐵道。

導演用了五年多的拍攝時間，挖掘當年興建這段鐵路的艱辛過程，和前線鐵道員父子傳承守護鐵道的故事，並在這段鐵路電氣化前，記錄下它最原始單純的地景。如今紀錄片中的老火車和月台樣貌，幾乎都已成為歷史。消失的不會再回來，也最讓我們難忘，當人們湧入原本寂寥的南迴鐵路，再次坐上藍皮普快車時，彷佛不是告別過去，而是在南方時光列車上，再次與自己的青春相遇，也找回了在台灣成長的共同記憶。

Taiwan once had a dense and diverse railway system, even known as the “Railway Kingdom,” with the development of many towns and settlements closely tied to the railways. Among them, the South Link Railway, the last section of the island-wide railway system, boasts picturesque landscapes along the mountains and sea. However, due to the rugged terrain and sparse population along the route, it posed the highest engineering difficulty and became Taiwan’s most dangerous railway.

Over five years of filming, the director delved into the hardships of building this railway and the story of a father and son railway workers who passed down the tradition of safeguarding the railway. Before the electrification of this railway, they captured its most primitive and pure scenery. Today, the old trains and platforms depicted in the documentary have almost become history. What has disappeared will never return, yet it remains unforgettable. When people flock to the once desolate South Link Railway and board the blue trains once again, it feels not like bidding farewell to the past but like encountering one’s youth again on the Southern Time Train, rediscovering the shared memories of growing up in Taiwan.

1. 需全程體驗完成，即可參加悠遊卡抽獎活動，於4/16(二)公告得獎名單。
2.若有需取消可自行找人遞補，不接受退款。
3.活動有開立發票，如需統一編號請於報名頁面備註。
4.本場次附有北投小農餐盒，除飲品外，禁止攜帶其他外食。
5.將依報名時間先後順序入場選位置，如遲到報到(超過18:30)則取消優先選位資格。
6.火車電影硬體設備如下：全台唯一35TP32873復古藍皮車廂、EPSON商用短焦投影機、80寸投影幕，下列豪華設備通通都沒有「IMAX投影」、「杜比環繞音效」、「豪華座椅」，務必詳閱硬體設備說明後再報名。

1. Participants who complete the entire experience are eligible to participate in the EasyCard lucky draw. Winners will be announced on 4/16 (Tuesday).
2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Participants may find substitutes on their own.
3. Invoices are available upon request. Please provide the tax ID number in the registration form if needed.
4. Each participant will receive a Beitou Farmer’s Lunch Box. Outside food is not allowed except for beverages.
5. Seating selection will be based on the order of registration. Priority seating will be forfeited for late arrivals (after 18:30).
6. Hardware equipment for the Train Cinema includes: the only 35TP32873 retro blue train car in Taiwan, EPSON commercial short-throw projector, and an 80-inch projection screen. Please note that there is no “IMAX projection,” “Dolby surround sound,” or “luxury seats.” Please read the hardware equipment description carefully before registration.
