有課前活動、專題講述，及有趣生動的體驗活動，讓參與的同學能藉由活動更加了解到4Q所提倡的4個面向，是全方位的人格教育，是新人生價值觀，也是終生努力的指標。
Pre-class activities, thematic presentations, and engaging experiential activities are included in the 4Q Happy Growth Class – EQ Emotional Mastery. These components allow participating students to gain a deeper understanding of the four dimensions advocated by 4Q. It offers comprehensive character education, introduces new values for life, and serves as a lifelong guide for personal growth.
