活動目的 Event Purpose
Hit it Mix 2025調酒創意大賽以【君酌-AJ威士忌】為核心,打造專業調酒競技舞台,邀請調酒達人重新詮釋威士忌的創意可能。
透過「專業組」與「公開組」並行賽事,連結業界專家與調酒愛好者,共同推動台灣調酒文化。大賽致力發掘新銳調酒人才,為優勝者提供品牌代言與客座巡演機會。
Hit it Mix 2025 Mixology, centered around AJ Whisky, aims to create a professional platform for bartenders to showcase their creativity and craftsmanship. Competitors are invited to reinterpret the possibilities of whisky through innovative cocktail design.
The competition features both a Professional Division and a Public Division, connecting industry experts and cocktail enthusiasts to promote Taiwan’s mixology culture. The event also seeks to discover emerging bartending talents, offering winners opportunities for brand ambassadorship and guest performances.

參賽方式:以隊伍為單位,每隊1~2人
組別區分:公開組(學生及業餘愛好者)、專業組(酒吧從業人員)
指定酒品:【君酌-AJ威士忌】(由主辦單位提供)
晉級名額:公開組6組、專業組6組進入決賽
Team Format: Each team may consist of 1–2 participants.

Designated Spirit: AJ Whisky (provided by the organizer)
Finalists: 6 teams from each division will advance to the finals.
參賽資格與規則 Eligibility and Rules
公開組:年滿18歲之學生與業餘愛好者,不限科系與背景。
專業組:現職於酒吧、餐飲、飯店等調酒相關產業之從業人員。每隊1~2人,限報名一組別。
Public Division: Open to individuals aged 18 and above, including students and amateur mixology enthusiasts, regardless of academic or professional background.
Professional Division: Open to individuals currently employed in bars, restaurants, hotels, or other mixology-related industries. Each team may only register in one division.
1.報名與初審流程
第一階段:報名(2025/10/1~10/24)
方式:線上報名,將會收到主辦單位寄送完整簡章,亦可至新竹安捷國際酒店官網查詢。10/25起主辦單位依報名地址寄送【君酌-AJ威士忌】乙瓶供參賽作品使用。
第二階段:資格審查(2025/10/25~11/24)
提交內容:酒譜設計、作品理念(200~300字)、成品照片(至少2張)、社群公開貼文(FB/IG,含官方Hashtag,並上傳連結與截圖)。
公開貼文參賽標準:每平台至少50個讚或20則互動(留言+分享)。
2.初審評分標準
- 酒譜完整性40%:配方比例是否合理、步驟是否清楚、原料是否可行且具備專業水準。
- 創意與主題30%:作品理念是否呼應品牌精神、具備創新特色與獨特性。
- 視覺呈現20%:成品照片美感、色彩搭配、裝飾細節是否吸引人。
- 評審觀點10%:評審對作品的整體印象、價值與潛力的專業觀點補充評分。
※初審公告:2025/12/01公布入圍名單(公開組6組、專業組6組)。
※註:創意內容不得抄襲,參賽者需具結,否則取消其參賽資格及獲獎。
3.決賽辦法
日期:2025/12/19(五)13:00-17:00
地點:新竹安捷國際酒店-領航國際廳A+B廳
比賽形式:以創意款為主
作品規範:每杯酒須含至少30ml【君酌-AJ威士忌】;可自製糖漿、果醬、浸泡液(需合法安全);調製過程需搭配口頭說明並接受評審提問。
4.決賽評分標準
- 創意與主題詮釋30%:呼應酒品品牌精神;主題設定明確、有故事性;具突破傳統調酒手法或口味組合之創新創意。
- 味道平衡30%:酒體與輔料搭配之協調性;層次感。
- 視覺呈現20%:杯具主題與風格;色彩、裝飾物(水果片、草本、煙霧等)。
- 效果;具備吸睛度,能成為社群分享亮點。
- 操作技巧10%:動作與流程專業熟練程度;操作正確安全;特色技巧。
- 說明表現10%:簡潔有力;台風語調之感染力;自信回答評審提問。

1. Registration and Preliminary Review
Stage 1: Registration (Oct 1–24, 2025)

Starting Oct 25, each registered team will receive one bottle of AJ Whisky (for competition use) at the address provided.
Stage 2: Qualification Review (Oct 25–Nov 24, 2025)
Participants must submit:

Cocktail recipe

Concept statement (200–300 words)

At least two product photos

Public social media post (Facebook or Instagram) including the official hashtag, link, and screenshot.
Social Media Engagement Requirement:
Each platform post must receive at least 50 likes or 20 interactions (comments + shares).
2. Preliminary Evaluation Criteria

Preliminary Results Announcement:
December 1, 2025 – 6 finalists per division (Public & Professional).
Note: Any plagiarism or false declaration will result in immediate disqualification.
3. Final Round
Date: Friday, December 19, 2025, 13:00–17:00
Venue: AJ Hotel – Pilot International Room A + B
Competition Format: Creative cocktail presentation.
Entry Requirements:

Each cocktail must include at least 30ml of AJ Whisky.

Homemade syrups, jams, or infusions are allowed (must be legal and safe).

Contestants must introduce their creations verbally during the process and answer judges’ questions.
