社團及學會負責人期初研議 First Semester Meeting for Club and Association Leaders

為促進校園事務透明化與強化社團間的溝通交流，桃園校區學生會訂於9/19（五）12:15-13:40，假國際大樓FFB101國際會議廳舉辦「114（上）期初社團負責人大會」。本次會議將由學生會主辦，並邀請學生議會、學生評議委員會及關心社團發展的師長共同出席，針對本學期之校園事務、學生自治運作及相關注意事項進行說明與公告。

本次大會內容重點豐富，主要協助各學生自治組織與社團掌握新學期規劃方向。會議將包含社團提案與問題反映，以及學生會對前次議題的回覆與進度追蹤。此外，學生會、學生議會、學生評議委員會及課外活動指導組也將分別進行報告，闡明本學期的重要注意事項。

期初大會不僅是各社團與師生之間重要的溝通平台，更是確保校園事務推動更為順利的重要會議。學生會誠摯邀請各社團及學會至少派一人代表並準時出席，共同參與新學期校園事務的推動，為全體師生打造更美好的校園環境。

To promote transparency in campus affairs and strengthen communication among student organizations, Taoyuan Campus Student Association will hold the First Semester Meeting for Club Leaders of 2025 (Fall Semester) on Friday, September 19, from 12:15–13:40 at International Conference Hall, FFB101, International Building.

The meeting, hosted by the Student Association, will also be attended by Student Congress, Student Review Committee and faculty members who care about club development. The agenda will cover announcements and explanations regarding campus affairs, student self-governance operations, and important reminders for this semester.

Key topics include helping student self-governance bodies and clubs better understand the semester’s planning directions. The meeting will feature club proposals and issue feedback, responses and progress updates from Student Association on previous matters, as well as reports from Student Association, Student Congress, Student Review Committee, and the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section, each outlining key reminders for the semester.

This opening meeting is not only an important communication platform between student organizations and faculty but also a crucial gathering to ensure the smooth progress of campus affairs. The Student Association sincerely invites every club and association to send at least one representative to attend punctually and join hands in advancing campus affairs, creating a better campus environment for all.
