• Over 20 years of experience in the ICT industry

• Founder and inaugural board member of the Taiwan Agile Association; honored as “Agile Evangelist of the Year 2024”

• Holds multiple certifications in Agile, project management, and information security

• Longtime adjunct lecturer and industry mentor; contributed to national-level project management standard translations, with significant impact in both industry and education

Lesson 2｜Waterfall Simulation (60 mins)
Experience a traditional Waterfall-style project, its limitations and challenges.

Lesson 3｜Scrum Preparation & Planning (20 mins)
Hands-on practice with Product Backlog creation, requirement clarification, and Sprint Board setup.

Lesson 4｜Scrum Sprint 1 Simulation (20 mins)
Run a short iteration cycle with team review and adjustments.

Lesson 5｜Scrum Sprint Simulation (20 mins)
Practice responding to change and iterative improvements.

Lesson 6｜Summary & Retrospective (30 mins)
Reinforce key learnings and explore workplace applications.
